The hotel was really beautiful and we liked the location so close to the action - and yet far enough away to be peaceful. The sound system was amazing. Because of the Apple TV we were able to purchase for $2.99 the last episode of Mad Men and get caught up on our TV show! We also loved the breakfast... More

We stayed for 8 days at the Aria. We liked everything about the hotel and enjoyed speaking with the staff who gave good advice about trams, the metro and interesting walks. We had a delightful lunch at the rooftop restaurant. We found our stay here to be an integral part of our pleasure in the city of Prague. We are... More

My wife and I recently returned from a trip to Prague with a 3 night stay at the Aria. We absolutely loved the hotel. First of all this is a great location and easily walkable to any destination within the city. On top of that the rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the free... This was the best hotel experience of my young life (I'm 64!)....Everything about the Aria is aimed at maximizing the guest experience. iPad & Apple TV in our suite, that is cutting edge!! A welcome bottle of wine & bowl of fresh fruit & gorgeous flowers, daily homemade chocolates, fantastic breakfasts, no-issues WiFi, the afternoon tea, the gorgeous gardens, the... More

Luxury setting for slow life! Conveniently located in the other side of the river, 5 mins walk to Charles Bridge, 15 mins walk to Prague castle. And it got private access to this amazing garden, where you can enjoy this exclusive view of Prague!

Staff fabulous and service exemplary. The hotel restaurant is first class and the location is central to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. However for those wanting to use public transportation, the tram stop is less than 100 meters away. This hotel could not be better

My daughter and I stayed in prague, at the foot of Prague castle in this hotel. A beautiful little hotel, with a great restaurant ( Coda), and a beautiful hidden garden ( really amazing place). The hotel is on the high end but is a very beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and terrific service. The rooms and bathrooms are large... More

We loved our stay at the hotel, but we had a problem at the end. In this hotel you will find everything about music, the equipment is perfect for this and the playlists are great. The breakfast is also very good and the garden is lovely. The Coda restaurant is excellent, especially on the roof terrace. The only thing that... More

Prague, the majestic city of 100 spires and a very cheap exchange rate, is my favorite place in the world. I imagine myself on a royal promenade along the city’s cobblestone roads admiring the picturesque scenery and glorious architecture. Naturally, when I want to feel like a king, I check into the five star Aria Hotel Prague and immerse myself... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
