Location, location, location. The Clementin Hotel's proximity to the Charles Bridge and Old Town square made it a perfect spot for our first visit to Prague. The breakfast was a nice selection of foods. While sparse on amenities the hotel was clean and quiet. No need for a gym as you are only a fe minutes walk from fantastic views... More

Great place. Inexpensive and very nice. Staff is nice and helpful. Terrace apartment at the top is probably the nicest but stayed in lower rooms too which were also quite nice. In a great area with lots to do.

Excellent tiny hotel in a quiet position but just minutes from Charles bridge, Old Town square and the metro. Very clean, accommodating and great value for money. Thank you Jitka for your help and advice about restaurants, transport, and concert tickets, and always with a smile and a sweet, and even a bottle of wine to apologise for some minor... More

I've been there for 3 days the location is great next to the Charles bridge and the astronomic clock. The staff was very friendly and helpful the room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was tasty and fruits fresh every day. I love'd it and definitely going to stay there again.

My wife and I have just returned from a 5 day break in Prague. We stayed in the Clementin hotel which was very close to the Charles Bridge ( 2-3 minutes) and ideal for walking into the Old Town Square and most of the sites. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was perfect for starting out in the... More

My husband and I stayed at the Clementin for 3 nights during mid November. This tiny hotel was just as we expected with only 9 rooms, three at the front (one on each level) and six to the back. The rooms at the back are half a storey up from the front rooms. There is a lift which can take... More

We were in Prague for 3 days and loved the city and our stay in the Clementin. The hotel's location is excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Charles Bridge - it was nice to take a little stroll by the river or around the Old Town Square after dinner before heading back to the hotel. The Breakfast... More

By this hotels historical underpinnings, the hotel public area is micro small. Just barely enough room to check in with bags at the lobby desk. Breakfast we also good with warm offerings and fruit. Once again the breakfast room makes do with the space they have available. Best advice is to eat early. Our room was also small but very... More

Stayed here for 3 nights at the start of the month with the other half! Lovely little hotel right in the middle of Prague, about 2 mins walk from the old town square and the same to the Charles bridge. The hotel itself is quite quirky, very narrow but the room was a good size. We were in room 103... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
