This hotel is in a fantastic location! It's pretty easy to find as we managed to find it using an airport map and walked from the main train station (this was a fair trek!) It's a short walk to Charles Bridge which is fantastic as it's quiet at night, but near enough to the main attractions and restaurants. The staff... More

My daughter chose the Betlem Club hotel for our family reunion on Prague, and the hotel was a good choice. We dragged our bags the 2 km or so from the train station because of the outrageous prices the taxis wanted (about $40), so we were not in a great mood upon arrival. The hotel is on a hidden street... More

If you are searching for the best location in Prague historical center - this hotel should be your choice. We had a view on the medieval church and lovely quite square outside our room. And this is just 5 minutes walking to the Old Rathause square and to nearest metro to connect to rest ot the city. Best restaurants, bars,... More

A bit old fashioned style, although 'typical' if considering many other Czech places, the hotel is well placed. Anyway, Prague isn't a place to stay in an hotel room. Correct, affordable and good location could perfectly resume this hotel.

located in Staromestska (old town), 5min walk to Charles Bridge or old town square or Staromestska metro. Old building outfitted as modern hotel. All rooms have new bathrooms. I've stayed here twice, always requesting the top floor rooms because of all the old exposed (freshly painted) timbers that hold the place up (room we stayed at last week had limited... More

We stayed two nights in the hotel. The staff is nice and helpfull, the rooms are okay equipped with comfy bed and are also clean. Nothing to complain about. The hotel is in a good location, and try the italian restaurant right next to it. It has amazing food!

Like every other review says - the location. The hotel is located in the southwest portion of Old Town, which puts it a few minutes walk from Charles Bridge as well as from the Town Square, but away from the crowds. The Medvidku restaurant/pub (from the old Bourdain episodes) is a few minutes away to the south as well. The... More

This hotel is very close the all sites in Prague. We were able to walk everywhere but it is quiet at night. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good in the original stone cellar. The room has everything we needed.

The best thing about the Betlem Club was its location. Very close to Old Town Square. The breakfast was exceptional and the hotel's interior was quaint. The front desk was helpful when needed and open 24 hours per day. The price was very good for the location The things that made this review trend towards the low side of average…... More

I only had one night stay at the hotel but this hotel is so cute! The location is ideal, right in old town but it's still in a quite corner. It's housed in a historic building with lots of stories. The breakfast place is in the basement which was used to be a gothic cellar. The hotel staff was always... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
