I have phoned up the hotel to find out if I could book few rooms for me and my friends. I was told that if it is more than one room I have to talk with the manager. As I found it difficult to book in few rooms under lower rates during the new years eve, I decided to ask... More

We stayed here from Monday (29th) until Friday (2nd Oct). It is a lovely hotel and we were greeted by very friendly, informative and english speaking staff. At check in we were given a tourists map of the city with highlighted areas such as where the hotel is and which tram or bus number to catch. You can buy tickets... More

Clean rooms. Average room comfort, although the pillows were very uncomfortable. Bad location, about 45 minutes by bus from Mala Strana, 30 minutes by bus from Stare Mesto. Near the National Monument and Military Museum, and about 15 minutes walk away from the train station. Service was OK. The breakfast was modestly varied, although nothing great. The area around the... More

A great hotel that we have returned to several times. Located within easy walk to city centre. Trams also very close and easy to use. Friendly, helpful staff and clean, modern rooms. A great indoor/outdoor bar and breakfast to suit any appetite. Would definitely choose again for future visits to Prague.

We had a pleasant stay and felt very welcome during our week in Prague. The rooms are big and bright, the staff is helpful, and the buffet is also a joy to wake up to. The only downside is that we didn't like the neighborhood at night. It didn't feel safe to walk there alone, although we saw both men... More

We had been there the second time and we will for sure stay there again....it may not be a four star hotel at all means, but it´s valuable and very clean...the staff is helpful and friendly. There are some bars around that are open longer than 23:00

I dont”t think that hotel deserve 4 stars. It was strange to find in the room shower cabin. My kids must to stay in the toilett till one of them have a shower. And the room was very small. But it was clean.

Spent four days at this hotel with my grown-up family, and was happy with the stay overall. Great breakfast, accommodating personnel, fair prices in the bar and, while sparsely decorated, nice, comfortable rooms. We found walking to the city center manageable (we spent roughly 20 minutes from the hotel to the Powder Tower), and as such did not use the... More

My personal experience at the Hotel U Tri Korunek (Three Crowns) is summarized, unfortunately, to a simple fact. An incident occurred in the last night collapsed all my expectations. When at night I headed to my room, which was clean during the day, I noticed that the windows were open. By closing one of the windows, the top dropped me... More

Dear Mr. Nobre, It is truly said you did not tell the whole story. We definitely apologize and are very sorry this situation happened. We have already invited the window company to fix each and every window in the hotel. However, the reception staff DID everything they could. Since you were conscious and spoke without any problems, David asked you... More
