I super love the character of this hotel! Their food was awesome. Their rooms were surprisingly huge for the price we paid. Loved this hotel as much as I loved the city! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Prague.

Our stay in Hotel Salvator all in all has been a nice experience: centrally located, clean, quiet and spacious rooms (in one of the suites) and friendly staff, I can clearly recommend it. The decoration in Spanish/Latin American style in the restaurant/breakfast rooms, reception and central courtyard surpised me a bit - although it had been nicely done (the very... More

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were massive and well equipped and had a guest house feel. The service was wonderful and the staff helped us with everything we needed. The restaurant next door is great and convenient. The location is perfect - walking distance to Old Town Square. The only issue was the wifi speed and it being quite... More

During our visit to Prague, we selected this hotel because of its review in Trip Advisor. The hotel is located in the shopping area and about 10 minutes walk to the Old Town Square. Our group of 4 adults stayed in 5th floor, roof top, big room with 4 beds and 1 bathroom; there is a small elevator to the... More

What a great hotel - Quirky, comfortable, excellent food, friendly staff with it's own tourist information office, were you can book all your outings from. It's also close to the river and the Palladium shopping complex. Fantastic decoration, full of colour and imagination. Its 8 euro breakfast are really good quality and eat as much as you want.

We booked this hotel after reviewing a number in the area and we were not disappointed. We'd arranged for the hotel to pick us up from the airport and they were on time and were very pleasant, offering us advice on what to do with our time in Prague. The hotel is very central to everything and only a 10mins... More

We stayed 4 nights in this lovely hotel. And for that we paid 216 euro’s for our room (without breakfast, which will cost you an extra 8 euro’s pppd). The Salvator hotel is, with about 40 rooms relatively small, which we like. The rooms themselves are spacious and pleasant. The only minor drawback was that the Internet was not as... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
