We were excited to find such a cheap place to stay in downtown Prague - should've known something was up, right? Hotel staff were very nice and polite but the room was a real let down. It clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, there was dust and dirt especially between the wall and the TV table and next to the closet.... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights at hotel Venezia. Sadly was the first night in a small, dirty and noisy room. After some talking with the staff we stayed the last 2 nights in a nice and big room. Both of the rooms were dirty! Also the wifi is only in the receptionroom.

Well this is not only yet another one cheap Prague hotel serving overpriced breakfast consisting of cheapest ingredients and very, very lousy coffee. This one is exceptionally dirty with worn out interior and old small TV (no fridge, no mini bar). The toilet made strange noises. I would never recommend this stay nor stay here for another time. On the... More

Not worth a penny to stay in this place. Not a hotel. Worse than a hostel. Room was horrific. Walking through corridors to get to room passing by offices and different strange 'rooms'. Dusty smelly air as soon as you enter the hotel and continues right up to your room. Doors to our room cracked and so light that when... More

We decided to stay here because of the hotels location and it's excellent price. We weren't let down on either. Yes, it's basic. But the beds are comfy, the room service is good and the receptionists are friendly. It's perfect for a budget stay in Prague. We walked pretty much everywhere from here! It's easy if you're up for it.... More

We had a booking at this hotel to stay over New Years Eve, arrived on the 30th of Dec to check in and were told that there was 'a problem with the water' and that we didn't have a room. The hotel had booked us a room at another hotel. The Venezia is a great location in the middle of... More

Okay so we have mixed feeling about this hotel. On top of its set out being Weird and broken up between offices and private houses, we had some other guest try and enter our room. And by try, I mean he had a key. Stuck his head in, recoiled and disappeared. Ten minutes later the lady from reception came up... More

My husband and I decided to visit Prague to celebrate 20 years together. He found Hotel Venezia on Booking.com, at a great price, so we booked a double room, for 3 nights. We found the hotel easily, as it is only minutes away from the I.P. Pavlova metro station. The reception area was large and warm, with several inviting looking... More
