In Prach many hotels to choose from but I recommend Atlantic because of extraordinary helpful staff like Zbynek and Lenka. The location is great for sightseeing using its public transportation systems or just on foot. It is right in the center of Old Town. And the clean comfortable room welcomes travelers. Noriko

I can say without qualification that my 4-day stay at this hotel was one of the nicest hotel stays that I can remember. No, it is not the most beautiful hotel in the world, certainly not the most expensive, but it is perfect in so many ways, ie the staff are so friendly, so helpful, willing to go that extra... More

Visited for 2 nights with friends. Friendly helpful reception staff and large clean rooms, although the decor is beginning to tire a little in places. Stayed at back of hotel which was quiet. Very wide choice of breakfast items included in a good value B and B rate. Best thing here is the location, less than 200m from the airport... More

Stayed here for the second time in February. This hotel is situated in the heart of Prague a short walk away from the old town square and Wenceslas square. The staff are all friendly and this year the Havana bar was open which was a bonus. The breakfast was typically European with a variety of food available. The rooms are... More

The location of this hotel is very good. Less than 10 minutes walk from the old town square with some very reasonable restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is the normal strange variety of cuisine but gives a reasonable start to the day. My only negative comment is avoid the rooms that overlook the front street. The... More

Atlantic Hotel maybe is not the most trendy, luxury and comfortable hotel in Prague, but on the other hand, the location is merely ideal, the price was so reasonable and the rooms are clean and spacious. In less than 10 minutes walking you can get to the centre. There is also a big shopping center and a lot of restaurants... More

This hotel has a great location, very close to the main tourist attractions (astronomical clock). There is a shopping mall almost next to the hotel and a supermarket in less than 100 mts from the hotel. Many restaurants are close. The italian infront of it is very good and with a good price. The Café located in the municipal building... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
