The staff at the Hotel Atlantic are always helpful and friendly. They took care of our massive group of 24 guys on a stag doo. What to say apart from the rooms are clean and comfy, the breakfast was decent on the buffet. The stag though he lost his passport on the last day and the staff helped find it... More

We stayed here as part of a package booked by our travel agent and were very happy with our stay. The location is perfect; right near the metro and in walking distance to everything you will want to do and see in Prague. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast (which was included in our package)... More

We returned from here yesterday, and it's an excellent hotel. It has everything you need, though it may lack some of the extras of higher grade hotels. The free w--fi took a minute or so to start up, but once it did, connection was excellent, without (for me) any dropouts. It's also spotlessly clean, and, even though we didn't leave... More

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by a member of the reception staff who recommended a room at the rear of the hotel as it would be quieter, and was very helpful when we asked for directions. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable, but would benefit from having a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The shower room was modern and... More

A very nice hotel, Central location, very friendly English speaking staff. Stayed in a hotel for a weekend - a group of 19 people. Everything was excellent! BIGGEST room I have ever meet in a hotel that rate.

Big rooms, very good location and accommodation. We stayed with a big group of friends staying up late and talking very loud in the room but thanks to the thick walls and architecture nothing was heard by others, so there were no complaints. Be aware that they stop serving breakfast at 10 a.m. sharp and you won't be able to... More

My daughter and I stayed at the Atlantic during our recent trip to Prague. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within an easy walk of the main square, good restaurants and the shopping mall, which is just steps away from the hotel. We enjoyed the staff. They were very helpful. The only downside of the... More

Stayed here for valentines weekend. Had read on trip advisor that the rooms at the front of the hotel were loud because of the trams. Thought that this wouldn't be an issue as we were staying here in winter and would not have the windows open. The room tended to get very hot therefore we had to open the windows... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
