Receptionist is extremely rude and housekeeping won't actually clean your room or refill soap. In short, this hotel needs to take up HotelService101. We as tourists, on the other hand can get a much better hotel that is central to Old Town. This one is pretty far and secluded. Not safe for a solo traveller like myself (female). More

Yes the decor is not designer chic but the location in Prague 7 is quite ideal for getting into the city but spending quiet nights away from the milling throngs. Enough greenery in the nearby park to give an almost countryside feel. More
