The hotel is in very poor shape and it feels like it hasnt been renovated EVER. The worst par however is the location. You have 11km to the city centre and first you need to use the bus and then the metro. The staff is kind, breakfast is below average and the overall experience is poor.

Good morning, thank you for visiting our hotel. We update it constantly every year, but it is a large hotel, where renovations are a never ending process. The next large wave of renovation will start in the next days. We cannot move our hotel closer to the city center, but we provide our guests discounted taxi transport to the center... More

First of all, let me just say that the title "TOP" is greatly misleading, There isnt anything TOP about this hotel except if you are reffering to the top of the hill on which it is located. Everything is old and hasnt been renovated in ages. Further more the breakfast which is being served is acceptable only if you have... More

Hello, thank you for your comments, we take them very seriously. Our hotel is constantly updated, right now starts renovation of facades, interiors and selected rooms. But with a large size of the hotel, this process never ends. At a Lobby bar, there is a waiter who serves the guests coffee and many else, I am sorry if he was... More

The worst hotel I ever been. Turist agency sent us in very basic old rooms. The hotel is old and not maintained. Bed in rooms and shower were terrible. Only what is ok that we had free Wi-Fi connection (not fast, but enough for reading mails etc.)

Hello, I am sorry that you didn´t enjoy your stay in Prague. For your information, all the rooms in the part of the hotel where you stayed have been closed for reconstruction just after New Year´s Eve peak. I am sure you would enjoy your next stay here on max. P. Dusilová, TOP HOTEL Prague More

First of all before my trip to Prague for New Year I read comments regarding this hotel and I was worried in what kind of place I am going. When I arrived in hotel immediately I saw that all is OK. This hotel was in top 100 Czech hotels from 2000 to 2013 when he start renovation. We stayed in... More

6 days stay in this hotel. A (too) large dining room (Praha) for week-end but buffet is various and meals acceptables. Close usually at 10 pm but closed before one day. Other restaurants tried (Moravia and Tavern) fines, especially breakfest when served in Moravia. Welness center clean and other services fine.

I attended a conference at this hotel and was worried by the large number of very negative reviews. In contrast I found the hotel to be a completely OK place to stay. Granted the hotel is not new and the decor is a little out of date, but my room was clean, it had everything I needed and everything worked... More

Hello, thank you for your very nice review. I absolutely agree with you, the hotel is much better than the comments says. There is always something to improve (for example we plan a large reconstruction of exteriors and some rooms for Jan and Feb) but generally I would sincerely recommend it to anyone. Hope you will love your next visit... More

Four star hotel in capitol of Czech Republic. Expressed through price. You will be highly dissapointed when you arrive. Buildings from early 70-ties. Paid parking (IN FOUR STAR HOTEL????), paid pool (by hour- very expensive- around 8 euros PER HOUR), paid everything. If you get lucky, there may be internet working in your room. Probably not. I got the suite-... More

It is not near the city centre, but you can experience the metro and local czech life during the trip to the city centre. The food and room service is great. Most recomended for students and excursions, you can meet people from all over the Europe.

This hotel is rated as 4* but when you are in the room even 2* is too much. Poor customer service from management and reception. they kept us 4 hours in reception while let any other people check in. Do not bother to book here, staff not friendly, overpriced, food mediocre to bad, and rooms... disaster: mould, old crushed carpet,... More

The hall and the reception of this hotel look nice and luxurious. But rooms ... Our room was big uncomfortable with a big bathroom where was only bath ( no shower) and handles there were rusted. Bed is ok. View from our room was to rubbish conteiner. The worse in the hotel was a breakfast. Large room with small bufet... More
