Three of us - friends spent a day in Prague before we rushed to the airport. The location was right in the centre of the historical city and by short walk to reach the castle, nice little streets,Charles bridge, and other places of interest on both sides of the river. The receptionist was very nice and recommended a good restaurant... More

Staff was wonderfully helpful, especially with coordinating drivers for day trips, etc. The room was what I expected for a local hotel with overall good character (however don't expect to feel like you are in a Hilton). The shower definitely had much to improve on, and I would recommend bringing your own shampoo, etc. as the shower shampoo/body wash was... More

Friendly helpful welcome. Nice big clean bedrooms. Buffet style breakfast but loads of it. Well situated for the Castle and Charles Bridge and trams and busses. Very impressed and extremely good value for money.

Not a bad place for the price....but we stayed in an annexe on the ground floor where the smell in the room was pure musty....we were supposed to stay for 3 nights but only stayed for 2. Breakfast was lovely and staff were really nice.

Friendly, warm, comfortable, helpful staff. Took care of any problem promptly and with friendly demeanour. hotel has lovely atmosphere, particularly the older parts. The layout is fun to explore, and there are hugely photogenic nooks and crannies. Our visit was in the dark winter months, so it was nice to come back in the evenings to welcoming friendly staff, and... More

The hotel location is good but the rooms are old and ok. To go the room is a bad experience. You have to open a gate from the street with a key, if you are lucky then you have to take stairs to an small elevator then walk in a dark alley to reach your room. The lights are on... More

Located in the Mala Strana district with plenty of restaurants, in a fairly quiet courtyard. We were allocated a somewhat dingy 'deluxe' room (no. 132) in an annexe of the building. Two beds pushed together with a third, unmade bed in the corner, rather 'tired' furnishings and an unpleasant musty smell. Not impressed! However, the desk staff were extremely helpful... More

Really good location with just 5 mins walk to Charles Bridge and short walk to local amenities. 15 mins walk from castle so just perfect. staff so friendly and helpful. bedrooms clean and well equipped, with decent size rooms. Breakfast was okay, nothing too extravagant. great experience. we would stay there again!
