My partner and I stayed here from 28th December to 31st. We were greeted by Jana Cizkova, who was extremely helpful and very welcoming and recommended a restaurant to us which we were delighted by and went twice during our stay. The hotel itself was lovely very clean and glamorous. The cleaner Marijana always made the room look lovely. Breakfast... More

Hotel Louren really was something else. We booked ourselves the Junior Suite which came at a very reasonable price only a few weeks in advance. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and we were handed a welcome pack upon our arrival with maps and recommendations on what to see and do while in Prague. Every morning from 7am-10am a... I booked here due to excellent reviews. The location is good in that it's very close to the train line. The hotel interior is nice, breakfast was pretty good, the rooms also were very nice, and the staff was absolutely charming. So why the rating? Apparently not all the beds are the same. As soon as I sat on the... More

This hotel came for a decent rate, located about a 30 minute walk from city centre or a 5 minute metro ride. There are trams and subway stations within a few minutes' walk, and convenience stores and a major grocery store nearby. Surrounding area is very quiet at night and safe. Hotel offers great breakfast offerings - both buffet and... More

Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighborhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighborhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
