Hotel is about a 10 min walk from the Charles bridge, so very handy for the sights of Prague. Hotel is situated in a very quiet area with limited parking. Warm welcome, our room was of a good size. No external window, windows faced into a central internal atrium. Room hard air con and we had no compliant about the... More

Ideal location in quiet area Prague. Close to the Charles bridge and to the Palace. Great restaurant near by Delice. The staff were helpful and rooms well decorated with vintage furniture. It was very nice. We had a suite for me and my wife with our two daughters (11 and 14). Very comfortable.

My husband and I returned from Prague today after staying in this fantastic hotel for 4 nights. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the whole hotel was very clean and our room was spacious, unique and beautifully decorated. We didn't have tea-making facilities in our room but this wasn't a problem as there were hot drinks, ice and water available... More

Location is very good, it's quite and yet close to city centre, old town and Charles bridge. Decoration is very cool. Staff are nice. We stayed in level 1 which doesn't have view to outside so it is worth asking for rooms in other levels. There is no complimentary late check out. You have to pay extra even if you... More

Dear Sara, thank you for your nice review! We are happy to hear that you liked the location, decor and staff. We hope that you also enjoyed the equipment and spaciousness of your room, despite its windows direction. We really try to satisfy all the guests - any departing and arriving, so we hope you will understand the late check-out... More

The hotel has an amazing design especially for vintage lovers. Each room is decorated differently. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. The only bad thing was that in our room we did not have a window that was looking outside so that there was no chance to get air unless we open the air-condition.

Dear Ipek a, thank you for your nice review. We like to hear that you enjoyed the vintage design and breakfasts. We would be more glad if you were happier with the Standard Double room, as we really care about all of our rooms to be well air-conditioned. We believe this little flaw can be compensated by spaciousness of the... More

This is a really cool, relaxed hotel, decorated in a style which is a mix of xxxx and socialist-era design. Altogether, it created a nice place to stay when visiting Prague, as it is conveniently located just between Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. The staff was helpful and professional, helped to arrange things, etc. The only thing I didn’t like... More

Dear Butterfly :) Thank you so much for your precious remarks! We like to hear that you were happy with the hotel and room design, location and our helpful staff - even though our breakfast staff may occasionally waver during the full occupancy. However, we believe no one was left hungry, as the staff is refilling food and drinks the... More

We traveled with our daughter and son-in-law and we were all thrilled with our stay at this hotel!!! What a treat! The rooms were very spacious, and even tho' we both had interior views we loved them. We both had a small couch in the room as well as a table and chairs. The bathrooms were spacious and so clean, and... More

I stayed for business in Prague and liked staying in this nice personal hotel. Colourful and comfortable. Nice walking distance from all highlights. Good WiFi. Friendly staff and I will definetly come back next time. Breakfast is with a lot of variety in a cute decor where you're quickly awake with the lovely colours in your surrounding.

Super location - quiet but close enough to Charles Bridge. Loved the quirky design all over the hotel. Our room was more like a suite, it was huge. Only gripe was that the small attic windows didn't have any blackout blinds or curtains making it very light in the room at 5am! A bedside light on both sides of bed... More

Dear Catherine, thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review! Hotel is small in size, but big in quality and service. Located near the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, it's in a prime location. But it's set off far enough to avoid large crowds and traffic. Everything is in easy walking distance. The complimentary breakfast is OUTSTANDING! Check it out. We loved it!!!

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
