The matresses are 1 inch thick and the lower base of the bed is a spring box. Very uncomfortable. Have to pay for wifi unless you are in the lobby which was free. Although the hotel is far out and can take up to 20 minutes to reach the city centre it is located right outside a tram stop which... More

I don't think that it is 3 stars hotel! There are very old furnitures, dark corridors, dirty lamps... The breakfast was more than poor, the room was noisy and hot, there isn't minibar or shampoo. There is free internet connection only in the lobby

I recently attended a conference in Prague, it was a really busy period so I did not have much choice when it came to booking accommodation as it was pretty fully booked out. This hotel has a 'Clarion' hotel branding on it so I assumed it would be of a certain 'Clarion' standard despite being pretty cheap. I was wrong.... More

We bought a 3 night voucher from an Ebay site in uk and for what we paid we were completely satisfied with everything. The staff were lovely, particularly the reception staff who went out of their way to help us with any queries. I had read reviews saying that the breakfast was not good. I really do not know what... I went to Prague a couple of weeks ago for an orchestra tour, and we stayed here. I stayed in a triple room with two other girls, and the room could just about fit 3 single beds in there at odd angles. Definitely not enough storage for a 3 room - just 4 shelves and a small wardrobe. The bathroom... More

We booked the hotel through a cheap deal to Prague. I would not have booked this hotel for the prices listed at the reception. The rooms are clean and big although the shower is a bit claustrophobic. They tried to charge us for the mini bar, but caved once I explained quite assertively that we did not use it at... More

Hotel in quiet neighborhood with easy access to town… 15 min with tram to center… Room are not nice but just because of old (and ugly) furniture, carpet, curtains… otherwise everything is very clean, especially bathroom (wich was recently renovated). Well-spoken staff, helpful and peasant. Big minuses: no wi-fi in rooms, only in lobby where is only few seats, not... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the first morning the water was hot but the next 2 it was stone cold, the radiator in the room was tepid at best, the food was terrible, i hate giving bad reviews but i cant lie, the food was really bad,the second night the bar was closed, we were told it... You get what you pay for and we didn't pay much which isdefinitely a plus. From minuses: - old hotel with old furniture - smell of smoke and some detergent in the rooms - the same breakfast every day (although the choice includes cheeses, cereals, bread, yougurt, sausages, eggs) - a bit far from the city - wi-fi only in...
