This hotel is perfect if you have children. The rooms are big. There is no bathtub, however you can take a shower with your child. It is near a mall that has a play area. It is near a tram station and a park you can walk in. The rooms are quiet, even if you are on the main road.... More

Clean, very well kept, perfectly organized and managed. Good breakfast, with plenty of different things. The staff is excellent and very kind. Safe neighborhood. By the way, if you need anything, there's a huge mall (Tesco, Etam etc.) nearby.

Our group of 5 stayed for 3 nights - 1 double and one family room. The family room was great as it was actually 2 totally separate rooms off a small hallway. Ideal for all adults. Beds firm and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as you are away from the busy main tourist area... More

We found our room to be comfortable, quiet, clean and at A$100 pn Inc B/fast it's good value. The breakfast provided was good and the staff friendly and helpful. We enjoy walking and found it pleasant walking into the old city and all around the place and over all the bridges. It' an easy 15 min walk to the Charles... More

The hotel is located in a residential area and takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the central area depending how fast you walk. from the main train station, it is the 7th stop on tram 9. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, however, at times, you may have to wait for the staff... More

I stayed at this hotel in December 2014. The room and the hotel itself is very clean. I think what I liked most was the fact the room did not have carpet. The room I stayed in faced the courtyard and was small by American room standards but that did not bother me. The bed was comfortable. I had a... More

Pros - Located in a Safe Area - Close to Charles bridge - about 12-15 min walk - Parking is easy to find - Helpful Staff Cons - There is almost nothing to do around the hotel area - not suitable for couples... - The Rooms are very small and the furniture seems very old too... - The elevator ride... What we liked: - Nice location (not far from Hradchany and Charles's bridge) - They have a restaurant to get a breakfast. What can be improved: - not too clean (but just comparing to other hotels we visited)

5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 5, 2014

Our only complaint was the excessive room temperature - 22-23 degrees Celsius and the only way to cool the room down was by opening the windows. Buffet breakfasts are difficult with a multinational clientele, but there really was lots for everyone. Staff were polite, the hotel was very clean and well-decorated. It's a little way away from the old town... More

We stayed here for a few nights in January 2014. We stayed in one of their standard queen rooms, which was fairly sizable. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were able to help orient us to the city, and offer some good suggestions of where to eat and what to see. The fifteen or so minute walk to the... More
