Our train arrived at 8 am in the morning, and even though it was too early for check in timings, the lady at the reception obliged with a room at 9 am. What a great start!!! We were initially planning to leave our baggage and come back a few hours later, but the early check in really made our day.... More

We enjoyed our stay at the K&K Prague. It's a great location - right near the main square in the new town, and an easy walk to the old town and the touristy areas. It shares the streets with some cabaret clubs, so at night there aren't the best characters on the street, but in no way did we feel... More

I have never seen staff work so carefully to ensure the cleanliness of the Hotel was to such a high standard. The staff were also very polite, very helpful and very friendly. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was in a great location, very clean, room more than ample and the breakfasts offered so much choice. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

An excellent choice. Good central location. Rooms were a good size with nice facilities. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. We could walk nearly everywhere as we were in such a central location. Excellent restaurant and bars within easy reach.

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Fenix! Very friendly and helpful staff, from the receptionists to the maids! The breakfasts were excellent every day and you could eat as much as you wanted! Our group were celebrating my 50th birthday, and when we had come back to the hotel to change for the evening, there was champagne and fruit in our... More

he hotel is really very good. Rooms are big and quiet, at lest when they do not face the main road, like mine. he amenities are the expected ones in a 4-star hotel, but the bathroom was big and the towels of higher quality than usual. The staff in the reception was very effective and helpful. Breakfast was one of... More

We asked for a quiet room and in upper floors as instructed here, and booked couple months early, but were placed to second floor where we could clearly hear the loud music from a night club. This made sleeping hard, we would have needed ear plugs, and was annoying as we had requested for a quiet room. Otherwise the hotel... More

Great staff, great rooms and fantastic breakfast. The location is great, also. We strongly recomend this hotel. They have been very kindly. It's a very good alternative to stay in Prague. If you have any problem the staff will help you without any problem.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
