This is a hotel which you wish when on trip, perfect location, perfect level of comfort, cleanliness n services and super value for money. Everything was taken care and still i felt personal touch n cosiness. I want to thank elegant Front Office manager, Ms Tereza, who took extraordinary care just on whisper. I recommend this hotel for business as... More

Hotel was very nice and was easy to walk to everything from its location. Unfortunately the nights were rather unpleasant, the standard twin room we stayed in was far too hot and stuffy, we tried turning the in room temperature down to 5 degrees and turning it off and it did nothing, open the windows the small amount they open... We have just spent 3 nights at the Fenix and must say it was near perfection. I booked the K+K having stayed at the K+K Opera in Budapest on business on several occasions. The standard is equally as impressive on all levels. We ended up with single beds on the online booking system (Holidays.com not the Hotels) and emailed make... More

First stayed in this hotel in December 2013 when having a five day city break at Prague Christmas markets. Hotel experience then made us very happy to return in December 2014 and we were right to do so. Excellent standards maintained starting from friendly arrival, very comfortable and spacious hotel room, sumptuous breakfasts and relaxing bar/bistro. On top of this... More

We enjoyed our stay at the K&K Fenix in Prague. It was a quiet oasis away from the crowds out in the streets. Our room was most comfortable and quiet (as requested) and the service was excellent. The location at the top end of Wenseslas Square was perfect with the only downside with it being alongside some rather seedy seeming... More

Just spent a few days at this fabulous hotel. I had mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a beautiful room with private balcony with complimentary drink at the bar and a personal card. Clubs on either side, yes, but you don't see or hear a thing and the hotel is literally a minute walk to the... More

This was by far one of our best hotel experiences during our trip to Europe. We stayed in an upgraded corner room and enjoyed the comfortable bed and quiet room (except for on New Years when the noise just never ended). I was a little timid after I discovered this hotel was next to an adult club, however the "pimps"... More

Wonderful staff, great breakfast and very well connected. The rooms were well-sized and clean. The breakfast is much better than what I usually get when on a business trip :-) When we booked, we asked for a parking lot in the hotel's garage. We didn't get any feedback in advance, but the parking was there. This spared us quite a hassle,... More

Took my partner for a 3 night stay in this hotel for his birthday in December. Great position (take no notice of the reviews stating its in a seedy area) yes there are a few girlie clubs on the same road but they are all over prague anyway and I didn't feel unsafe walking 50 meters up the road to... We've just arrived home from a 5 night stay at K + K Fenix and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We arrived at 10pm and check in was quick and efficient.Having read other reviews,I had emailed the hotel and requested quiet rooms next door to the couple we were travelling with. We were given adjacent rooms on the... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
