We stayed 2 nights in the Dorint Hotel last weekend. We booked the hotel because prices were quite cheap and the hotel is located next to metro station. If you pay a 3stars price, you shouldn't expect a 5stars room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite nice. The room was spatious and bathroom was very OK. Free... More

My wife and I have recently spent three days at the Hotel Giovanni Prague. We were part of a Grand Circle Danube River Tour and the hotel was booked for us sight unseen. It is a large hotel with twelve floors. It caters to tourists, especially large groups. Our room was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We had free WiFi (no... More

The main issue I had with this hotel is the focus seems to be on large tourist groups. If you are unlucky to be trying to get to a meeting while a bus is preparing to leave it is very difficult. Breakfast was a nightmare; trying to get coffee took 20 minutes of repeated asking. Rates are reasonable and rooms... More

Spacious but boring rooms. There is no tea or coffee maker Mini bar very expensive: 4 euro for a beer. Hotel bar very pricey as well: 3,5 euro for an espresso!!! Quite noisy: I your neighbour above you takes a bath, I guarantee that you wake up. A lot of street/outside noise. But ... room not too expensive with breakfast... More

Decent rooms with a better than average restaurant. Efficient and helpful front desk staff . However lacking the character that is associated with Prague, could be anywhere in the world. Nevertheless good value and effient.

I'm sitting in the hotel bar as I write - waiting. Actually, this is the second time that I have had to wait an inordinate amount of time for a) service and b) food. On the first occasion we waited 55 minutes before we were told that my husband's menu selection was unavailable. He couldn't wait any longer so went... More

Stayed here for 1 week to accompany my daughter who would be studying in Prague. On the Main Metro green line from Airport. Perfect location just outside main hub of city, Metro station right in front of Hotel then 10/15 minutes in to the heart of the city or Tram stop option beside hotel. This tram also took me directly... More

Its an old hotel located in a relatively unattractive location in Prague. But its easily accessible by metro trains with a metro station located about 100-200 metres from the hotel. So travelling to the old city is a 20-25 minutes ride from the hotel using public transport. The rooms are spacious with all the modern amenities, hotel holds a concert... More

Stayed here for two nights. Although this hotel was close to a metro station, the other aspects about this hotel were just horrendous. We got a room facing a nearby cemetery and the beyond freaky paintings hanging on the wall certainly didn't help at all...which makes us wonder if all the rooms facing the cemetery had the same eerie atmosphere.... I stayed in this hotel for two during a trip with my parents. The hotel location is nice (directly in front of a train stop) and facilities looked really nice upon entering. However, when we got to our room, the wifi didn't work at all. When we called the front desk, they said the technician was coming to look at... More
