this was a wonderful hotel in a superb location. don't expect charm or fancypants style -- it's simple, clean and the staff is very helpful. I stayed in room 220 and it was crazy noisy every night until about 11 p.m. Someone across the street at the other hotel would blare loud music/bad TV channels into the street. The rooms... More

We stayed four nights in Prague in August 2014. City was crowded with tourists. However this Place was on the quiet street. Staff spoke excellent English and there was free coffee and tea in the the lobby at all times. Breakfast was plentiful even though breakfast room was quite small and often crowded. Tip: They would have given 10% discount... More

This Inn has a great location in the old town, not far from Wenceslas Square and the Charles Bridge. So much is going on in this city and the staff is willing to help in any way. They gave us some fine recommendations. Breakfast was good and the rooms clean. The only complaint I have is that the lighting in... More

This hotel is located in a fairly quiet street but is very handily positioned in a central part of the city. It's easy to get to from the Metro, and we found the staff helpful and professional. Our double room was spacious with separate living area apart from the bedroom. Breakfast, included in the tariff, was popular and well catered... More

This hotel is a little gem. We booked a twin room and were pleasantly surprised at how big it was. It was at the back of the hotal and was a bit noisy a couple of early mornings with deliveries but we had all the windows open becaiuse even for September the weather was great and we are not fans... The Cloister Inn Hotel was just what we were looking for for our city break in Prague - comfortable, clean, modern, good communal facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go to. We ate every evening in a nearby restaurant (the Stoletti, I think it was called) because we liked... More

The Cloister Hotel was a great choice for our break in Prague. It was just a few minutes from the Charles Bridge and a 10 mins walk from both the castle and old town. We could walk everywhere and didn't need public transport. Our room was like a suite but a bit gloomy maybe because it was on the ground... More

Cloister Inn Hotel is perfectly located for all the important sights in Prague - Charles Bridge, the Clock Tower, the river side, and is easy walking distance to the castle. There are also a wealth of good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has been recently refurbished and the interiors are modern and functional. It is also kept spotlessly clean. We... More

This hotel was in a great location. It was about a 5 minute walk to the astronomical clock and a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge. The breakfast was what you would typically get in a European country. So, not very filling if you like a hearty American breakfast like me. The room was basic. No frills. I asked for... More
