Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with great Staff. Breakfast is a basic continental affair with no frills. Superb location for exploring Prague, most things within walking distance. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and well informed. If you need a cab, get them to book it, it's much cheaper. Prague really is a beautiful city with lots to explore, bring your walking shoes.... I spent a few days in Prague with my love and we found Cloister Inn perfect to visit the city. The hotel is very close to the city centre and to all the must-visit of Prague, the staff is very kind. Breakfast is good and various and the rooms are clean, with daily towels changing.

This hotel has everything one could want. Nice room. Quiet. Clean. The unappealing outside appearance is tastefully presented and might make this hotel the good value it is, as it is not the first to be noticed.

I chose this hotel having read reviews on this site. Having read the reviews I contacted the hotel prior to my stay requesting an upper room as I had read noise could be an issue. On arrival we were told an upper room was not available and were given room 220. This was in fact a first floor room as... More

Dear ericajaxam, Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. We sincerely apologise for all the inconvenience during your stay. We immediatelly contacted our laundry supplier and made sure that their handling with hotel laundry is as quiet and considerate as possible. Unfortunatelly, the noise from the street is something that we can not influence that easilly. But if you... More

I spent 3 nights here on a short city break, nice and nothing serious to complain about. The only time I felt a bit put off about is when I inquired about a free tour voucher given to me by my airport transfer, was impressed when he went out of his way to ring the company for me but was... More

This hotel has small room. Yet it's strength being its air conditioned! When I was in Prague, it was about 37c and it's just heaven when I slept in an air conditioned room. The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes to shopping area. Pls visit black light theatre metro closed by, their performances are good. Another... More

Amazing service & well kept hotel!! We had to book tickets for the train, Camil went out of his way to find us the best fare to buy. Marketa helped us get to the castle by tram; instead of paying extra for a taxi, because our daughter wasn't feeling well enough to walk in the tremendous heat wave they are... More

Location is excellent which allows walking to most attractions, and convenient in getting to the airport (32 koruna and 30 minutes via metro and connecting bus). Room is spacious by europe standard (especially inside city center). Staff on duty (all four I encountered) are more than helpful. Nice breakfast. The free coffee machine at the lobby is a nice feature... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
