Fantastic place to stay. Excellent reception staff who did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. Was given a smoking room within a separate part of the hotel. Brilliant idea. Location was great - a lovely 10 minute walk into the centre with lots of bars, restaurants along the way. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Prague

Stayed in this hotel for three nights as a base for a city break. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was in a great location, close to Charles bridge but tucked away in a side street so it wasn't too busy. The room was clean and spacious if a little oddly furnished. The history of the... More

Stayed in the hotel for three days (Feb, 9, 10, &11). My room was on the 5th floor and had a great view of the street. The room was almost too large for a single traveler. Within walking distance to most attractions. I particularly thought the Indian Restaurant across the street was quit good...The staff were very attentive and helpful.... More

Recently returned from 4 nights at this hotel. We really liked the location as it was possible to walk to all the tourist areas both sides of the river but it was on a quiet street so no noise at night from late night revellers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room wasn't huge and was quite basic but... More

We booked this hotel based on reviews and we were not disappointed. First, the location is just awesome. Close to all main places and everything is within a walking distance of 10-15 min. We used the metro only once! The rooms were very clean and big. The breakfast was good with variety and the hotel staff were very helpful, kind... More

We stayed at the Cloister Inn Hotel for a week and we were very pleased with it. The location was just what we wanted - in the Old Town, not far from the New Town, the Jewish Quarter and the Charles Bridge leading to the Castle - so we were able to walk everywhere. There are also plenty of restaurants... More

Overall this is a very good place to stay in Prague. It is very well located in the Old Town, close to both north-south and east-west tram lines. It has an interesting history, described on the back of the card in each room. The staff are really helpful and pleasant, for example advising on how to get to shows or... More
