Experienced a very memorable experience during a a first time visiting Prague. A very rude cab driver (from train station) was charging an excessive fare. My wife asked and obtained help from the front desk staff, who quickly came out and helped in dealing with the abusive driver.....to our full satisfaction. more

Konviktska isn't the easiest place to find, but its located near enough to the old town square that the walk isn't too straining. The staff are friendly and willing to help.
