Hotel is a short walk from main attractions. We had an early flight into Prague and therefore we could not check in straight away when we arrived at the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and stored our bags. When we did come back to check in, it was quick and easy. Someone bought our cases up to our... More

Th hotel is within walking distance from old town and the main shopping area. Also the tram and bus station is only 100m from the hotel. Staff is really friendly and helping and breakfast is very good. Overall an excellent stay.

I stayed here for 4 nights on my recent trip to Prague. I would say the check in was not what I would normally expect as the check in agent continued snipping pieces of paper almost pretending I was not there until her colleague came to help me out.... bit off I thought. Rooms were average, nothing special really. What... More

I stayed here in January 2015 for three nights. Centrally located with access to both metro and trams this is an ideal location if you want to explore Prague. It is within 4 mins walking to the Palladium shopping center and less than 10 min to the edge of the old town. I had a room that overlooked the back... More

Everything you would expect from a chain hotel. The staff were helpful and nice. The young lady tending the tables at breakfast seems to want to improve her English (not that it was bad!) so that was nice. Just a few things... 1 - There is NO BAR. Just a section of the reception area with seats, a TV and... More

Stayed for two nights in Aug 2015 for our last summer city break Rooms ok but a bit-noisy during late nights break fast decent Was very hot summer at that time, no ac or fan in rooms, so requested a fan , was told they had no spare fans, although the reception staff had one for him. Isn't hotel staff... More

The hotel is located in a very central area. The shopping mall Palladium can be reached within 5 minutes by foot and an underground station is just a few minutes away as well. The staff is very nice and helped us alot during our stay. The only downsides with the hotel is their breakfast buffet and wifi. The food offered... More

My husband and I stayed here fore 3 nights and found it to be just what we wanted - quite central, with easy access to public transport. The rooms were very clean, the breakfasts available were varied and plentiful, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was some noise from a loading yard just outside but... More

The hotel is located in a good area, around several places and restaurants to spend interesting evenings. Our room was quite big (we travelled in 4) and always well cleaned. Downtown is easy to be reached, only 15 mins walking. The structure is a bit old fashioned probably it needs some renovation but this lack was fully covered by the... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
