Two of us spent five nights at this hotel in early May 2015. it was conveniently located near Republic Square where there are many shops, theaters, and activities (a parade of marchers with music in support of legalizing marijuana went through while we were there). It was about a ten minute walk to get there and about 15 minutes to... More

This hotel sits in a perfect location for walking distance to visit much of what Prague has to offer. Lovely restaurants near-by. We took advantage of the tours, where one of the white buses picks you up fron the hotel. The room was very clean, and exactly what you need for your stay. The staff were extremely friendly and informative.... More

Just back from a few days break here. Excellent weather 75degrees most days.staff very friendly and doorman to take your luggage to room for you. Breakfast was good but busy between 9-9.30am so go early. Mini bar in room was reasonably priced. Prague is beautiful and every street was full of entertainment and music being played. I do understand about... More

Perfect hotel for short break, in walking distance of all attractions but in a quiet location. Excellent room and facilities - we were single travellers but were given double rooms for sole occupancy. The helpful staff were happy to give directions and recommended excellent local restaurants. Hotel was very reasonably priced, clean, good lift, large room with mini bar, TV,safe. Buffet... More

You'll be satisfied. Good decent breakfast. You can take advantage of it while visiting. It'll save you from buying a meal. About 20-30 mins from square. Easy to get to. Easy to navigate via Map. Great staff, spoke English with out a problem. More than you would need for a hotel in Prague.

everything very nice, nice location, good breakfast and the room was great. I would pick it again in next visit. I got it in a good price, so it was worth it. I checked other date and was more expensive.

Small but functional room, SUPER friendly staff, huge buffet breakfast - I counted over 30 different items, located on a quite street on the edge of old town. Lots of restaurants just steps away. There is a church just opposite the hotel that chimes hourly. A room at the back would be quieter. I highly recommend this hotel! Oh yes,... More

It was a good experience in the almost heart of Prague, the crew was friendly and helpful explaining about attractions and what to do, sometimes their English is not the best but they try hard to make sure you understand, room clean and comfy, I didn't see AC in case you want to comeback in summer, the shower was broken... Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
