staff were helpful and friendly.Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was located within easy walking distance of most major tourist attractions. Those sites further away easily accessed by public transport. The hotel breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice, and as much as you wanted.Enjoyable trip.

We were warmly greeted by a gentleman called Mirek. We arrived late and even still he made us feel very welcome and highlighted the key attractions on a map. Very good English and a genuinely nice guy who cared for guests. The rest of the staff were also very nice (a girl with dark hair) but we interacted with Mirek... More

Stayed for 4 nights from 22 June . Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to old town square so is in a good central location. The hotel is good value for the price we paid, it is very clean and housekeeping is excellent. Reception staff are so helpful especially Martak. On reading other reviews about the... More

We stay in this hotel for four nights in June. The hotel is very close to all major attractions, tram and underground stations are 5 minutes walk away, a lot of restaurant and shop close by. In fact you can walk to the old town in 20 minutes. Hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming, room is reasonably size and beds... More

We had short city break in Prague, and our stay in Bila Labud hotel went great. It is good value for what you pay, but of course for the price we payed, the luxury could not be expected. It was good basic accomodation, with great central location, near shopping mall Paladium and Old town. The reception service was great, we... More

The breakfast was great, staff was very friendly with perfect English. Room was spacious and clean. No complaints at all, an easy walk to the city center- watch the cab drivers, they are not all honest. Many places accept euro, but you never know. The hotel will exchange money, very convenient

I stayed here for four nights on a trip to Prague with my partner. The hotel location is very good, with all the main attractions generally being walking distance, but there is a metro station about five minutes walk away. The staff were generally very helpful and spoke good English. The rooms were cleaned everyday. A word of advice is... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
