I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights on the first floor. The room was very clean and quiet because I was at the back of the hotel. It is close to public transport- trams and the main train station. Front desk staff were very welcoming and very helpful in answering questions and providing information for things to do in... More

We stayed for 2 nights at the Ariston Hotel mid September and were assigned a room on the top floor but street side. There was no air conditioning in the room so the only way to cool it off is to leave the window open. The problem is that the street is very busy including a couple of tramway route... More

Dear guest, thank you for your time with this review. Our hotel A&AP is situated on the main street close to the down town and historial part of Prague with good transport connections, so it also means this place could be little noisy, sometimes. Thank you for pointing good job of our housekeepers team. Kind regards Hotel Ariston&Ariston Patio Team More

The hotel is located very far from old city, breakfast is terrible, periodically no hot water in rooms, spiders and spider webs all over the entrance to the room, my wife had to be very brave to jump in the room quickly , service at the reception during day time is perfect, during evening night was terrible ... if you... Dear Mr. Maher, thank you for your review. We appreciate your opinion. But I have to say, your comment very unpleasently surprised us, especially a problem with hot water. Our hotel doesnt have any problems with hot water! Hotel Ariston & Ariston Pation is about 20 minutes to the down town or old town with good transport links. Hotel and... More

Stayed here in August 2014. We were on the patio side facing the main road. It was insanely noisy. Since the room has no ventilation or air circulation at all we decided to keep the windows open the first two nights. This was a terrible idea as the trams and general street noise kept us awake all night. We tried... More

This review is for the "Ariston Patio" building. Nice 4-star hotel located close enough to old town. Just beware there is no real shower in the bathtub. If you like to take baths, this is no problem. But if you want to shower, it is quite difficult as you need to hold the shower like a hose to shower yourself... More

Stayed in Ariston Hotel prague 3 years ago in 2011. Really cozy rooms. Has a nice connectivity to the main station as well. Safe locality , helpful staff and reachable city center justifies this review. Although being on a busy tram line. Nights can get a little noisy.

Have been staying at this hotel for 5 days now, I'm in Prague for work. Our room is located in the Ariston Patio building, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to use the Wi/Fi in this building. You'd think if they have a long-term guest such as me, they'd give them a room where the Wi/Fi works properly. Have complained about it... More

Dear Piliitaa, firstly, let me thank you for your choice to stay with us during your business trip. We were aware about the weak Wi-Fi signal, so for this reason, the signal strengthened recently, September 4, 2014. Now Wi-Fi works properly in the whole hotel! Thank you for your review and hopefully we'll see again. Hotel Ariston & Ariston Patio... More

We arrived after a long overnight train wanting to head straight for our room and the shower and the lovely staff were very accommodating, letting us head up to our room 4 hours before check-in! They were very helpful when our adaptor broke and when we were looking to book a beer tour. The room itself is very nice for... More

This was a nice and clean hotel, the staff was friendly and the food is good. Slightly far from attractions, about a half hour walk from down town. After a long day visiting, it is a bit much to have to walk all the way back up hill to the hotel.

We stayed in the patio hotel which is situated opposite the main hotel which was quite irritating at times as the reception in the patio wasn't manned so we kept having to go over the road. We stayed on the third floor where the wifi didn't reach which was very frustrating - again we had to go over the road... More
