Don't be put off by this hotel's location. It's about a 20 minute walk from the centre, or 5 minutes by tram. The nearest tram stop is 2 minues away and the trams seems to run every few minutes (including through the night). The nearest Metro (underground) station is about 8 minutes walk and has a fast direct service to... more

We just returned from a 3-night stay at this hotel. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and accomodating and the lobby is beautiful. The breakfast is decent and there's a lot of variety to choose from. While in a residential area, the hotel is located only a short walk from the tram and it's a quick and... more

The hotel was recommended by our travel agent and since she knows our taste (we like trendy design hotels), she thought this hotel might be something for us. The Arcotel Teatrino is located in a not so upscale part of Prague but it is very accessible by tram (tramstop Lipanska is located in 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel).... more

I have just returned from Prague, staying in the Arcotel Teatrino and was extremely impressed, given what I paid. The hotel was 65 euros per night and I think you would be hard pressed to find better accomodation for that price. A bright, airy reception, with very attentive and helpful staff leads through to a snazzy liitle bar and a... more

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. However, if you are highly invested in sleeping, I might recommend another hotel. On the positive side, the hotel itself is charming, the staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are well designed, and the breakfast is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Before going on, I should note that... more

Arcotel is a nice hotel located about 25 minutes walk from the Powder Tower. You can even take a tram ride to a tram stop just minutes walk away from the Powder Tower. After watching the sunset at the Charles Bridge (Karluv Most) you can walk back to the hotel even at 10 p.m. and you'll find that the streets... more

The hotel is in the middle of some residential area but it is very close to the centre by trams (no.9, costs less than half a euro one way!!!), which run almost every 2 minutes. At first sight, the hotel did not seem very nice to us,but as we stayed more, we really liked it.The Breakfast was JUST EXCELLENT in the... more

The hotel is located about 50 meters from the tram stop, tickets are sold in the kiosk on the corner. Three minutes on the tram, and you are in the center of the city. The public transportation in Prague is very good, cheap and safe. The hotel is located in an old theatre, the dining room /bar is in the... more

I enjoyed the Arcotel Teatrino. The location is not the best for being central, but I had no trouble getting to the city center when I wanted to. I actually enjoyed this neighborhood, and will stay there again when I return. My room was small, but very functional. The window opened all of the way, letting me sit on the... more

The hotel looks very nice, the restaurant is magnific and it's very close to the city center - 4 tram stops (about 10min). The personnel was very friendly. When I checked-in I was given a rear view room, but I asked them to change it and there was no problem at all. At breakfast they have almost anything you can... more
