This is a nice hotel very well located. It was very cold outside in Prague in february but warm and cosy inside.Rooms of good size, sufficiently furnished, good beds. The TV set is old and the screen small to be watched from the bed and the remote control was as in many hotels, low on battery. The bathroom was large, well... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel on our first trip to Prague. This was after a recomendation from a Czech friend. We were both delighted with our stay. We found the staff helpful (their English is far better than our Czech!), the room spotless, the buffet breakfast was excellent. We used the hotel limo to go to the... More

Plus points: Good location, helpful friendly staff, big double room (almost a suite! - Room 306), great big King Size mattress. Not so plus points: Very noisy outside at night ALL night (trams, Police sirens, traffic on adjacent flyover). Not much in the way of sound proofing so not much sleep! The towels in particular are awful, really thin, almost... More

This is an ordinary hotel in Prague. Good location, at the edge of the old city. If you also get it at a good price (eg 60 euros) it makes a lot of sense. No luxury here, no late night room service, but things are clean and work. More

The hotel is very clean and efficient. The front desk is friendly and outgoing. The buffet breakfast was quite adequate but watch out for the dragon lady with the dark hair and glasses! My only complaints would be that the beds were very hard and the towels in the bathroom were more like tea towels in terms of pile. The... More

Charming old style hotel with helpful staff. I would consider the location very good. I stayed for three nights and was able to sleep like a log every night. Even though subway and tram stations are just around the corner, I didn't need to use them a single time as every main attraction in Prague was in reasonable walking distance... More

The hotel is situated in a very good location. Within walking distance from most of the tourist attractions of the city center; a metro stop 200 meters away and a tram stop right in front of the main entrance so easy to move around if public transport is needed. The building is old but both the facade and the interior... More

Scrupulously clean hotel, which provides lovely rooms, which are very comfortable. Not situated in the best place in town, but with the number 3 tram outside the front door, which takes you right into the centre in 15 minutes, that's no problem. I bought a 5 day pass for around £16, which you can use on any tram/bus and metro....even... More

We arrived by 10am following an early morning flight and was hoping we could leave our luggage in a safe place before check in. We were amazed and grateful that our room was ready and that we could check in. This was a welcome bonus. The hotel staff were all really helpful and friendly and everywhere was very clean and... Lovely hotel. very clean, however no tea/coffee tray which you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Also only a hand held shower in the spacious bathroom. Very strange to have 2 single duvets on a large double bed but no mattress protector and no pillow protectors ( only 1 pillow each) Am i being too picky? More

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry that you were not 100% satisfied. I think that the reason for your complaints are cultural and social differencies between UK and the Czech Republic. It is not common to have coffee and tea making facilities here, unless you book an appartment with kitchen or kitchenette. Nevertheless our restaurant and bar... More
