Myself and three friends stayed in the Superior Apartment from 5th to 8th December. Fantastic service from Reception Staff and also room staff. Apartment was cleaned daily and we were always given fresh towels. Problem when we arrived with fridge but this was corrected immediately so no problem really, Hotel in wonderful position walking distance to everywhere (too far for... More

I traveled with my wife, mother and mother-in-law to Prague as a special trip. We are not high-maintenance travelers but were so uncomfortable here that we changed hotels. The"hotel" is a renovated, disjointed block of rooms and apartments. Some share doorways, and the doorways are NOT secure in spite of a confusing series of locks. They rattle all night long... More

Beautifully restored large apartments in the heart of the city for very reasonable price. Very quiet too as the apartments either overlook a lovely courtyard or a small lane. Fully serviced, very pleasant staff, we love to return there during our trips to Prague

We stayed three nights in apartment 6, it's a two bedroom that sleeps 5 people, and it was one of the best value for money lodging we've had in Europe. I think our room was 140 euros a night and it was huge. Two very large bedrooms, enormous really. Both had desks, dressing tables, armoires, one had the tv and... More

Great Location.... you can walk to all sights and enjoy this fantastic city from this hotel. It is somewhat different - the rooms are in different buildings so you will have to walk a few steps around the building to get to the room. Rooms are not modern - though rather large and comfortable. Some negative aspects: Booked a package... More

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was really large with a small kitchen area. Ideal location for walking tours to see the old part of the city (except that there is no metro or tram in the immediate vicinity, but not too far to walk to the tram). The price was affordable, especially taking into consideration the central... More

The location was excellent - less than a 5 minute walk to the main square in the old town and it had a secure courtyard for parking (for 25 euros per night). The rooms were spacious too... HOWEVER... my experience was unpleasant due to the summer heat. I knew there was no a/c when I booked but thought (being an... More

I got a last minute deal on priceline for the Ungelt and it was great value for a large suite (2 bedrooms) in a great location, right next to the old town square. The rooms were modern and spacious containing fridge/microwave/kettle and provided glassware/plates/cutlery. The staff on (24h) reception were friendly and helpful. Only downside is a lot of noise... Stayed here with 3 friends in the 2 bedroom superior apartment and all I can say is it was brilliant! The apartment as a whole was huge - super high ceilings with chandeliers. The bathroom had so much space and even had a corner spa bath, unfortunately this didnt get used for anything but to rest feet after a day... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
