this is a beautifully appointed hotel well positioned. Staff are a stand out. Warm and welcoming. Relaxed and genuine. Made every effort with all requests such as theatre tickets, arranging guides, recommending restaurants. Terrific breakfasts with great service.

We were highly satisfied with Four Seasons. Top quality, nice staff, great food and meeting rooms we needed. Location is great, you are accommodated in the middle of the Old Town right next to the river. Also it has a lot of history and beautiful overview of the castle. Only recommending.

delightful hotel and would happily stay again. however they did not honour a preagreed late checkout and I ended up having to pay for an extra night despite leaving at 1845. not good when we had meetings there all week for 30+ people

The reason we chose for the Four Seasons was because of the location: we were in Prague to visit the Opera and we didn't want to be too far from the Opera House. It would have been a very short walk but in the end it was too cold to walk so we took the hotel-car with driver to go... More

On a recent work trip we spent 4 days at the Four Seasons. The meeting rooms were excellent and the service matched. Good quality AV support and meeting support. Rooms were excellent value for money and the destination really close to the old city

Stayed here in September '15 for a mix of business and pleasure and, as you'd expect with Four Seasons, everything was absolutely top notch - surroundings, room, service (exceptional) food, bar (beer is not cheap but it's cheap by Four Seasons standards, if you know what I mean), etc. However, I've stayed in a number of Four Seasons properties and... We were four friends celebrating two joint birthdays and we decided to go for The CottoCrudo Restaurant at the Four Sesons. We called in advance and the lovely lady was able to accommodate us although the evening was very busy. The table they set for us was perfect as was the food and the service throughout the evening. Beautiful modern... More

The whole experience was horrible, from the correspondence with the reservation team to the general management, rude and terrible customer service. Room outdated and food is extremely overpriced for being in Prague and for what you get. New management needed, they obviously do not understand their clientele nor do they try to. Only positive thing I can say is that... More

Get a room facing the river which allows you beautiful views of the palace and cathedral, they are extremely quite and comfortable. The people here are so friendly like most 4S's. The breakfast each day is wonderful. The location is perfect, easy walking to both sides of the river. Prague is a bit of a hidden secret in Europe and... More

I went here on my birthday and I was greeted with the most amazing cake .The service couldn't be better, and the views from the room where spectacular. The location could not be better, it was hardly 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge and the Old Town.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
