You pay Holiday inn rooms for Four Seasons price. Plus you get rude concierge, pretty good breakfast and not so perfect service. Very far from Four Seasons standards. Not the right address in Prague for those who look after their money. more

Greatest location and fantastic beds as are all Four Seasons but.. a dingy lobby and smallish room. There are much better hotels in Prague and they could try harder be more hospitable and spiff the place up by replacing the carpet and better training of the staff.
