Pleasant business trip to Prague, I liked the personal handwriting welcome text in the room. The 6th floor room was nice but I heard slight vibrations from the airconditioning/heaters above my head. But it was not spoiling the sleep :)

We booked a Riverview Suite, and what a delight. The staff were very friendly and helpful, everyone greeting you and saying hello as we came and went from the hotel. The room was immaculate with some nice features (360 degree tv), lounge area, underfloor heating in bathroom, twin sinks, automatic lights in the wardrobe, slippers, bath robes, mini bar, espresso... Hotel has a brilliant location right on the river and just a short walk over the bridge to the main attractions and sights. Hotel is nice and clean, staff were friendly and gave us lots of recommendations on where to go. Beds are HUGE!! Food and drinks are quite pricey here so would recommend a short walk over the bridge... More

The hotel employees are very nice and helpful! The hotel itself is very clean and have a nice architecture. The rooms are large with a nice design. Compared to other hotels, the rooms are personalized in such a way that makes you feel more like home rather than in a hotel. It is located close to the Dancing Building however,... More

My husband and I went there for my birthday. We had an absolutely fantastic time in this incredible city. The hotel is well located if you enjoy a little walk to the main attraction. We walked easily to everywhere we wanted to see within 15-30min. The location by the river is also very nice, calm and relaxing but if you... More

We enjoyed one week here over New Years in a top floor Junior Suite. Though "attic like" we enjoyed that it was a little quirky but had nice views and a small balcony. As others have mentioned, there are some "tired" looking areas in the room but the room was clean and kept spotless. We had no problems with the breakfast area... More

Super service with a smile , very warm and welcoming . It was clean and beautifully decorated , thumbs up! Only bad point was the breakfast was 15 Euro and if you drink coffee like we do the small overpriced cups at the hotel don't work

We had a really nice 3 night stay in this very nice hotel. The staff were very welcoming and always friendly. Our room was lovely, with lovely views of the city and the river, also the lovely bathroom deserves a special mention. The only negative about the stay was that our room was next to the housekeeping cupboards which resulted... More

This hotel is beautiful, really friendly staff willing to help at any cost, the rooms were wonderful and definitely indulge in the river view it's so worth it!! My only concern for me is that it was around a 20 min walk to Charles bridge/old town which I'm sure in the spring/summer time is a beautiful walk but in the... More
