A taxi drive of roughly 25-30 mins brought us to the hotel from the airport. With a tram station at walking distance, from where reaching the train station is a no brainer, this, is a great choice as far as connectivity is concerned. They had a Tesco, pubs and plenty of eateries at waking distance . The Charles bridge is... More

This is the second time I have stayed at Unitas and once again this property has exceeded my expectations. Great staff, fantastic breakfast and a superb location along with good size rooms. Very clean and obliging staff.

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of our 3 week vacation in Europe. What a gem Unitas was. From the welcoming glass of champagne, the superb buffet breakfast (amazing chocolate crepes) and the friendly and attentive staff, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean, close to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge,... More

We stayed here for two nights recently before moving out to a 5 star in the suburbs to join a tour and there is no comparison. This hotel should be rated higher. We had an outstanding experience at the Unitas. The hotel is quiet, discreet, with lovely furnishings and is immaculate. We were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous.... More

We stayed four nights at this wonderful hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel itself has so much history and is beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is also great, 5 mins to Charles Bridge and a bit more to the centre of the old town. Heaps of bars and restaurants close by. The... More

What a lovely hotel. While my room was on the small side, it was fine for one person. Excellent bathroom and I appreciated the spacious safe. Breakfast was superb, beautifully presented with a lot of variety. The staff was always very pleasant and helpful. The location can't be beat. I stayed for five nights and would come back and recommend... More

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Close to everything but set apart enough to be quite. The people who work here are completely lovely, going above and beyond more than once (finding a new driver for my sister's early morning flight after the first didn't show). They also gave us great advice! Room was roomy and quiet.... More

We booked a long weekend in Prague and chose the hotel on the basis of the TA reviews. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed with some very nice Czech fizz and given rooms on the third floor. Staff at reception were great; attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean and tidy.... More

Stayed for 4 nights in the Unitas Hotel and it was very nice. Excellent location for exploring the city on foot. Just opposite the main police station, but very quiet at night. The room was very clean and well equipped with a comfortable big bed. Breakfast buffet offered a good choice of hot and cold dishes. Reception staff were welcoming... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
