We spent four days at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfasts in the main dining room were splendid with more food than a person could possibly eat. The service was also very good. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was also very good. Our room was a Junior Suite that was very roomy... More

This week we had meetings in this hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean. Also the rooms are spacious and the meals are good. The staff who helped us organize the event were very friendly and service focussed. It's a bit away from the city centre, but near the castle. However it's all on walking distance.

Stayed over Christmas, warm charming hotel. Good location for reaching the monastery for a dinner with a view. Loved the lounge area of this hotel, wonderful fire to warm up by. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast & very comfortable beds.

On our way to the monastery we stepped off the Number 22 tram and while we were getting our bearings I noticed the beautiful Art Deco exterior of the Savoy hotel. Decided to go and investigate and dropped in for a coffee. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful and we went through to the bar area. Beautiful, warm and... More

Stayed two nights in August at this hotel. The Rooms are beautifully laid out with comfortable beds and marble bathrooms. We ate breakfast each morning which had a huge amount of variety as well as an evening meal which was also top notch. On entering the foyer it has a gorgeous staircase which makes for a lovely picture or two.... More

We moved to this hotel for our last few days in Prague in hopes of a bit of calm and relaxation before facing the long flight home. We encountered some annoyances and frustrations and, given that this hotel is billed as a five star, it should , in our opinion, be held to a higher standard. First, the many good... More

Recently stayed one night at the hotel Savoy in Prague. We were actually booked elsewhere but that hotel had a water problem so we were put up at the Savoy. Jan (the man behind the desk) was EXTREMELY helpful offering us a choice of three rooms, including a junior suite. That was the one we chose. It was very clean,... More

The Savoy in Prague is a classy hotel that receives you with elegance and class on arriving. The rooms are well fitted, spacious, and comfortable, and the service is above than expected. Although not to close to where the action is, it is well communicated and, if you have the time and the enthusiasm, you can walk and get to... More

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighborhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
