I have stayed here a few times, and it's always excellent. The hotel has a great location in the old town. Service is superb, very friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Decent breakfast too, I can't wait to return.

Wife and I stayed here last June. Chose it because it was reviewed well, centrally located, and we had points with Hilton. It was just as good as advertised. It was an easy walk to major sights or metro ride up to castle. Staff was extremely nice and helpful with all of our questions. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast... More

Held a business conference at this hotel. They accommodated the group and there were no complaints. The location is centrally located to all the landmarks. My room was on the executive level where they have a nice private lounge you can sit and relax at the end of the day with complimentary drinks and snacks. You can also have your... More

Had a very pleasant stay after a rocky start. Was initially put in a suite on a lower floor which was atrocious. The room was yellow, depressing, worn and stunk of smoke. There were burn marks on the sink and in the carpet. Ugh! I requested to be relocated to the Club floor and couldn't have been happier. These rooms... More

Overall, this property has it all. The location, customer service, room quality and breakfast was exceptional. Close to shopping, tourist attractions, the on-property restaurant (Zinc) food was delicious. As a Hilton Honor member I can truly say this property is befitting the brand!

I usually stay in Hiltons if price and location is good. This hotel I stay because of the location and the Hilton quality. However, the hotel needs renovation especially at the bathroom. The employees warmness need to be increased as well. You do not see that you are staying in warm place other than you pay and get straight forward... More

Would absolutely stay at this location again. Staff was very helpful. Service was great and the location was walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. Close to mass transit, shopping and restaurants.

Stayed here in June 2015. Just a fantastic hotel, well-kept, very clean, very quite, great staff, great Executive Lounge. Just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Highly recommend.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
