Because of the air strike in Germany, we were force to travel by train and then bus to reach Prague. After a grueling 36 hours of traveling and dealing with all types of hassles it was nice to walk out the subway station and see the Hilton Old Town. The hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable with nice bedding.... More

My son and I stayed at the Hilton Prague Old Town starting 12/19 and checked out this morning, 12/23/14. I have to laugh at the mediocre reviews from other guests at this hotel. Yes, the Hilton is not the elite type of hotel many travelers may patronize; however, for a Hilton brand hotel, I don't understand how other guests can... More

Great location close to the tourist sites. Really great staff including Martin who answered my 100 questions with patience and great advice. Also Veronica in the lounge was really nice and helpful and really made my stay a great one. The club lounge had a great afternoon food spread (much better than Hilton Prague) and a great evening food spread... More

We were delighted with our stay at the Hilton in Prague's Old Town. Its location is hard to beat. Many attractions are within walking distance. An ATM is a block away and shopping for those things you forgot to bring is right across the street. We were upgraded to an executive floor with access to the lounge. We had an... More

Hilton Prague is so central located, easy walking to all attravtions. Hotel is clean, staff welcomes you upon arrival and attends to all your needs. When visiting Prague, a stay at the Hilton is a great place to stay.

I've stayed at the Prague Hilton, Marriott - Old Town and the Hilton - Old Town. The order of this list is how I would rank them for comfort, being guest centric and general impression of my stays. Each stay was for approximately one week and I've stayed at the first two multiple times. There won't be a second time... More

This is a lovely, modern hotel near Old Town and within walking distance of many cultural and historical attractions. Upgrading to one of the Executive floors provides access to the Lounge and Wi-Fi. I found it to be a good value. Our room was very comfortable and the beds were comfy, too. Bathroom was modern with Peter Roth amenities found... More

This hotel is located in the heart of Prague. It's just a short walk to excellent restaurants and a large shopping mall (if that's what you're looking for). The rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast is included and is quite extensive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Hilton Prague Old Town was amazing! We just had three nights there in December 14 & found the hotel to be fabulous! Great location for walking to the Christmas Markets, many food cafes and bars, great local shopping, the famous Mucha Museum see www.mucha.cz The hotel's buffet breakfast was amazing and Dillon made the best omelettes in Europe! We stayed here for 5 nights during our honeymoon. We received a room upgrade which was very nice. As Hhonor gold we got the usual executive lounge upgrade and free breakfast in the main restraunt which was a great way to start the morning. The hotel is located walking distance to everything. We did not use a taxi once

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
