You are minutes away from all the action in the old town area of Prague. The hotel was very nice, clean, modern and the staff was friendly. The hotel offers car service, which was very nice and convenient getting to an from the airport. The only issue I would note is that my co worker booked a room at what... More

No elevator. Mattresses and misc furniture blocking the hallways. Peeling paint. Outlets falling out of the wall. Noisy. The night desk attendant was rude. The floor was wet and slippery. Parking lot wasn't shoveled. My night here was miserable.

Hilton Prague Old Town exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy. Our king room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a plethora of pillows. My significant other and I got stuck in an elevator for about 30 minutes in between floors and the staff not only worked quickly to free us, but they offered us... More

My room was overlooking a busy street and was a decent size and everything worked fine. The reception and concierge teams were very helpful any time I had a question. The Zinc restaurant was excellent and surprisingly offers a choice of local and Asian Fusion dishes at good prices for a hotel.breakfast was good with a large choice of hot... More

The hotel has a wonderful location. It's at a mere 5 minute walk from the old town sqaure and the main market. And, shopping in Prague is a must :D. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The other hotel areas, i.e lobby , lift etc are also very modern and nice. Since our train out if Prague was late in... More

Stayed here for 2 days last weekend. The hotel, location, staff and meals are amazing. Our flight was delayed,so we arrived one day late. That was no problem, and our room was ready on arrival at 11am. We had a wedding anniversary so got an nice upgrade and bottle of local bubbly. The room was perfect, and was no noise... More

I had an outstanding stay at the Hilton Prague Old Town, for three nights, in January 2015. Prior to arrival, it was easy to arrange an airport collection and transfer to the hotel. The Hilton Prague Old Town is located right int ge Old Town, and hence, is very practical for access to the Old Town, by foot. For sights... More

Stayed here in this past October and it was great. The location to everything going on in Old Town is excellent. Room was clean and orderly. Not worn out like some Hilton Hotels you find. Service was EXCELLENT, even when they were busy. Breakfast spread was by far the best I've ever experienced in a Hilton hotel. Lastly, I thought... More

The bedroom and bathroom is a reasonable size for Europe, furnishings are borderline dated, but comfortable and funtional. Lounge, dining room, bar and reception areas are definitely long overdue for an upgrade and the smell of stale tobacco smoke is rather unpleasant. Breakfast choice limited and not the best quality. The location is excellent.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
