I stay at many Marriott locations when traveling for work and have to say by far, the Prague Marriott exceeded my expectations. While on vacation with a friend, we combined our hotel points and stayed at different Marriotts throughout Europe. The Prague location topped the list as the best one yet! Why? Perfect location (walking distance to the city center,... More

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days in mid September. Here are my two-cents worth for this Marriott... PROS: - Clean and spacious room and bathroom - Within walking distance of many sites (e.g. Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square, etc.) - Two-minute walk to a metro stop for travelling further afield - Friendly staff CONS: - Poor water... We enjoyed our recent stay of three nights at this strategically located hotel. Hotel and room was in tip top shape, everything clean and well maintained. Having praised it, we sure could have used an in room coffee maker, despite the fact that free coffee is available in the lobby. Would go back should we be lucky enough to visit... More

The hotel was great. Everything one would expect from a Marriott. We got the breakfast package with the room which was a good choice. There was a very wide variety on the breakfast buffet. The location was wonderful. It was within easy walking distance from Old Town. With trying to determine what to do and where to go the guest... More

Stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights. Hotel is established in residential locality which was large for good evening doze, since in the night road is calm and empty. Entrance, petition and greeting locality is very good, emblem new, stylish (small glass parts on benches and pleasant vase with flowers) super clean. Staff at greeting table is prescribed and just... Ideally located for a weekend visit to Prague. Reception service very good, concierge service excellent. All staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom nice size, nicely furnished and very clean (bed lovely and comfortable!). Breakfast had normal choices available (only slight negative was cold plates for your hot breakfast). Didn't use the spa, but husband did (swimming pool and... More

We booked two rooms and felt like we had the best accomdations and staff in town. Amazingly helpful. Very secure. Great comfort. Walking distance to anything you want to see in Prague (or a short subway/tram ride if you don't want the walk).

Was for the weekend in Prague to explore the city and the hotel helped us to get the maximum out of it. The hotel is in front of the airport shuttle service so no need to search for it. Great rooms, as you can expect from Marriott. The concierge gave us usefull tips and directions to spend our time as... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
