Maybe our expectations were too high, as we have had an excelent stay at the Intercontinental Budapest and were expecting something very similar. Or maybe we were just spoiled, as we were coming from Grand Hotel Wien. Anyway, I must say that we felt a little frustrated. The location is very good, near the old town square and on the... more

I'm a platinum club member at this hotel chain and stayed here because of that as well as it being located in the old district. Location is definitely a plus since even if you are having meetings in the commercial district it is a lovely walk in the morning. Prague is quite compact and easy to get around. I try... more

We are pleased that you enjoyed Prague, and hope that you will provide InterContinental Praha another opportunity to serve you on your next visit. A complete renovation of all guest rooms was done in May giving the rooms a new look and feel.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights during a business conference. It is located very close to the old town, just next to the river. My room was very comfortable, not extremely spaceous, but big enough for me,even if I had a roomate. It had everything that I needed, from a steam iron with iron board,to a charger-speaker for my iPod!!The bathroom was one of the... more

We are big fans of this hotel chain and generally like them all but here there were just a few things (nothing to stop one from staying here though). We spent five nights here in April 2009 and with reservations made by a river boat company but hotel didn't show the last two nights and there was some scurrying around.... more

Efficient big professional hotel, decent rooms, efficient check-in, very expensive parking (40 € for 24 hours), expensive minibar, no free wifi (almost standard wordwide in this class!!), good breakfast, very clean rooms, service average lacks a smile and friendlyness - alltogether just about average for the price. more

Lovely Hotel, trifle expensive but close to city centre - walking distance from Old town square. Good business facilities, free internet by Wifi is provided at the counter. Helpful staff can also arrange opera tickets (also give a free printout of the synospis), tours etc at regular costs. Good breakfast spread - even nicer Dinner selection at rooftop restaurant. Nice... more

Much about this hotel has already been said. To summarise: It really is the best located hotel in Prague - an easy walk to almost all of the sites and is on one of the best streets in Prague re shops and restaurants; It is a perfectly comfortable hotel, but not what I would describe as luxurious (i.e. doesn't compare... more

Great, great, great. I got a good deal to Prague that included a luxury hotel. The hotel is located right on the river, close to the Jewish Quarter. Nice room, great American breakfast, nice staff. The hotel has a health center. The last day we were there, our flight left at 22:00. We of course checked out in the morning... more

Excellent location, room was very nice (except heating/air conditioning did not work) and the food was first class with a lovely view of the city from the rooftop. Drinks at the bar were very expensive (local bar less than 100yds away was third of price) and upon checking out reception tried to charge me for mini bar drinks I did... more
