Worst hostel. reception hours are terrible, can't even drop your bags off until 3, let alone speak to reception until than. There is a number to call so we tryed asking the next door businesses they said they didn't want anything to do with that hostel and that no we couldn't use there phone to call. We finally got a... I send the time I would arrive to the hostel during the night but couldnt enter and the hostel didnt want to give back my money. Just blaming me so it tells something about the attitude against customers.

It's close to the Old City and metro station and you can easy get here from the airport. Nearby there is also a supermarket. The rooms are clean, the bathroom also, the breakfast is ok. There is an old building, so downstairs is the lobby and the breakfast area and at the 1st floor there are the rooms, which are... More

Lovely clean rooms, great facilities, friendly staff. Close to train station and supermarket. Common room with the use of kettle, toaster and microwave. Free wi-fi. Everything you need is here. Would definitely stay again, such a great atmosphere. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from dealing with any issues to organising outings (e.g. to nearby markets, jazz clubs, bars) to... Though I didn't spend vast amounts of time on site, the time I was there was enjoyably spent with staff having a coffee and a laugh. The common room is small but cozy and has a really comfy sofa. I booked into the all female dorm and it was a sizeable room with adequate storage. Even though it was right... More

Rooms are big and you have your own locker to lock your things. The kitchen is big and common room has big screen with international channels. There is also free... More

A great homely little hostel with lovely staff and very, very clean and secure!! I would thoroughly recommend this to someone looking for hostel-like accommodation without the noise and drifters of your usual big hostel. The location is in Old Town near international bus station FLORENC and train station that itself is hugely exciting area, everywhere around are restaurants, bars,... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
