I stayed in the hotel with a group of friends for a long weekend. Each room is a small apartment with kitchen and living room, so is excellent value for money. The hotel is clean and you get to use all of the Intercontinental's facilities. Most of the main tourist areas are a 10-15 minute walk, so you are located... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights over New Year's Eve and we were very pleased with our choice. The hotel consists of apartments in a building opposite the intercontinental by the river. It is run by the intercontinental and you get to use all the facilities there too. The apartment was spacious and clean with... More

Sizeable well appointed apartments. Dishwasher, coffee machine, 2 TVs, sizeable bath, decent bed. (Couch a little uncomfortable). Funny smell in room, presumably some kind of cleaning fluid, or spray, because the smell was always stronger after the room was cleaned. Access to awesome fitness facilities in the hotel intercontinental - very welcome during a winter visit with snow outside. room... More

We were a party of four and booked two apartments for four nights next to each for a New Year Stay. All in all the apartments were great and fitted all needs. They were well equipped and clean. The location was great and there are many restaurants within walking distance. It is only a five minute walk to the Old... More

Great location, excellent facilities. We had junior suite with own lounge, kitchen etc. You could use pool and sauna at intercontinental Prague. Staff were very helpful. Told them it was my boyfriends 30th and suprised us with strawberries, chocolates and wine! Lovely touch we had a wondeful time! Only problem was we found the building hard to find but basically... My stay at the Golden Prague Residence has been a wonderful experience during a very stressful time. My apartment in Prague had flooded while I was away, and unfortunately I have been unable to live in it. My first stay at this hotel was such a good experience, I booked it to return when another room became available. The inside... More

Perfect location at the top of Parizska Street. Right in the Old Town within a 15 minute walk of everything. Kitchenette and laundry onsite. Quiet, secluded and comfortable. One of the best apartment stays in Europe!

We used these spacious, modern, comfortable apartments for five nights during a sightseeing break of Prague. Ideally situated (walking distance) for all the local attractions. We were on the fifth floor and it was nice and quiet. We only used the kitchen facility in the apartment to make hot drinks as we ate out, but you could cook a meal... More

Right in the centre, so great location. Lots of charm. Only downsides were no air con and the choice of breakfast. Good place to stay as easy to walk to both sides of Charles bridge and surrounds in 10 minutes or less.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
