We visited La Fenice apartments and were generally pleased with the experience. The apartments are located 20 minutes uphill from the train station and the National Museum and 1 block from the Jiriho z Podebrad station (Metro Line A). Our apartment fee included a generous buffet breakfast which was handy as we had two 20 year old boys with us.... More

I visited La Fenice Prague hotel in my last visit to Prague. Let me tell you that I got surprised with the kind of rooms. Totally well furnished, like a private apartment. With a huge bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom with a king bed and a really comfortable mattress. Also free Wi-Fi, cable tv, fridge, and a great balcony. It... More

We stayed here for three nights in October, room was clean and basic, only downside was no tea making facilities. 10 minute walk to the old town or 3 stops on the metro, the metro station was a two minute walk from the hotel. Reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was the usual continenental affair, cheese cold meats, cereal. Two really... More

Amazing breakfast! Owner is very generous. Good location & neighbourhood. Great water pressure and hot water. Nice clean room. Fantastic and helpful front desk staff (all of them). It's nice to be slightly away from the tourist areas. Very close to metro.

My son and I stayed there for 3 nights and I wished I had made sure it had air conditioning! The people were friendly enough. Room was large enough and so was the bath and it was clean. Price was reasonable and a good location to walk everywhere.

We had a pleasant experience here where the hotel was a one minute walk from the train station, service was polite and breakfast was great. Our room a bit dated but enormous. Almost like a little townhouse with a staircase, kitchenette and all. We didn't utilize much due to being out all day exploring beautiful Prague. My one and only... More

Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighborhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighborhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
