We had a great 1 night stay in this great hostel. After running around alone for a while in Prague, arriving in this place felt like coming home. The hosts gave us a warm welcome, a lot of recommendations (and discounts) for activities and sights in Prague and a free coffee on top. They could even point us to excellent... More

If it wasn't for staying in this hostel I do not think we would have experienced as much of Prague as we did in our short stay. Firstly they organised a legit reasonable taxi pick-up at the airport. The hostel provides us with free wifi, towels, bottled water, properly brewed coffee and organized activities. NO matter how busy the quaint... More

Stepped off of Charles Bridge no idea where we were going and were standing directly outside of the hostel...so yano, great location. Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, given various maps, suggestions of where to go upon arriving. Free bottled water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Room and shared bathrooms were spotless, comfy beds, lovely rooms literally nothing bad to say... More

We stay here on for our first visit to Prague and have a private room with shared toilet. The stuff here are great and friendly. The free hot coffee/tea/chocolate saved me from all the cold nights and mornings here. Great location for the hostel and great free welcome tour as well. Love the segway tour they recommended, but the tour... More

Booked 3 nights with Charles bridge. Can literally walk everywhere! Staff would always be glad to make you a hot beverage (coffee, tea or hot chocolate) and the recommendations and service is great and staff would always be more than glad to share some tips of where to eat or where to get the best and cheapest ice cream around.... We stayed here as a young couple on our first visit to Prague and had a private apartment, which could fit 4 people! Way more space than we needed, but it was still so cheap and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location was and how friendly and accommodating the staff was for a hostel. They were... More

The best hostel that I have visited. Everything is cleaned, free coffes and hot chocolate, as well as free water (which is expensive in Prague :)). Great people and service, they are available 24/7. Great location of hostel. Free tours amazing, especially with segways :)

How many hostels out there offer you a drink when you check in?? The simple gesture was enough to floor me and it was just an indication of good things to follow. Best location in Prague (bang on charles bridge), really friendly and helpful staff. The roos are nice and comfortable, more like mini appartments, each set with there own... More

This hostel had everything you need! Staff were really helpful even though we arrived quite late at night, we were still talked through everything which was really good. The rooms were decent sized and the beds comfy! Kitchen was pretty modern and shower room was really nice, with powerful showers! A lot of people seemed to share ing one toilet... More

This place is very close to old city and the famous Charles Bridge. The staff is very kind and give you all the information you need. They also have an atm machine and tram/subway ticket vending machine here.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
