We had a difficult time finding this hostel. Turns out the reception also serves as a tourist information location. When we first got there, it appeared, for lack of a better word, sketchy. I felt like we were renting a room in somebody's house or something. Upon getting to the room, however, all doubts were erased. This hostel has great... More

over the last few months I've stayed in my fair share of average hostel but this one is amazing. Great atmosphere, amazing service, and fantastic rooms. The staff at the front desk are amazing, offering you free coffees and whiskey upon entry and helping you with anything you need from tours to taxis to food! The Segway tours offered are... More

The location can't be beat, and the staff was very nice and helpful. With the office also being an information center, they can set up tours for you or take you on tours themselves! The room was one of the cleaner hostel rooms I stayed in, and the price was great. I would recommend this place to anyone I know... More

I came here on Monday the 15th of February 2015 in a group of 5 20-23 year old. The hotels location is perfect as it is in a quiet area which is still central! In arrival we had a very very warm welcome, really laid back atmospher. We we're offered free hot drinks and were allowed into the room earl.... More

Very happy we decided to stay here! The people working were so friendly and accommodating. They arranged a really good deal for me to get driven to the airport, and had no problem making a last minute change when my friend decided to stay an extra night. Free hot chocolate, bottled water, tea and coffee was also a huge plus!... More

Before we even checked in we were given free hot chocolates and the lady told us all about Prague and where we could see things, and all the free tours on offer for us. Made a very good first impression after travelling all day. The location is really good, pretty much on the Charles Bridge so within walking distance to... More

We arrived by train in Prague and caught the local trams. To start with we had a little trouble finding the hostel - it's tucked down an alleyway next to a currency exchange (the pictures on here were a big help). When we did arrive we were a bit concerned we might have walked into a party hostel as there... More

We stayed here for a night while in Prague and had a great stay. Right from the start the staff was outstanding. Upon arriving we got a nice rundown of the hostel and everything they offered including free tours. We took them up on a voucher for the Prague Ghosts and Legends tour. We had a private 2 person room... More

Stayed here for 5 nights with a friend in a shared female dorm. We arranged transport with the hostel and they picked us up in a black cab that had wifi! Big room, with good showers and confortable beds. Great wifi! Small cupboards to lock belongings in too. Staff very helpful at reception. Met some lovely people who we was... More

This hotel is my best experience in the Prague trip. The hotel is in the centre of city just next to Charles Bridge. They provide a lot of facilities like free kitchen, Fridge, Oven, Washing machine. They also offer free access to PC's with lot of movie collection and full building wifi access. They have lot of tips about tour... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
