Royal Plaza is in a very convenient position, it's about 5 minutes walking to the old town square. The rooms were small but decent, the breakfast was rich, it is served in the hotels loft and the staff was friendly, not all of them spoke english btw. I would reccomend it for a budget traveller and not only.

This hotel is just what you need in Prague with a great value/money combination. Royal Plaza is just behind the National Museum, which you might be able to see from your room windows. Walking distance to the main touristic attractions - we never took public transportations in 4 days! Staff is nice, breakfast has a lot of choices (salty and... More

We actually stayed at the end of September to first week of October 2014. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful but as I found I wasn't keen on the local food I had Black Forest gateaux instead ha ha. The location was handy and we walked miles and miles all over Prague looking at all the sights.... More

Good budget hotel. Within walking distance of Wenceslas Square, Museum and other historic landmarks. 10 minutes walk to old town & Charles Bridge. Close to Metro. Good breakfast with wide variety. Friendly staff. Plastic shower curtains should be done away with!!

I stayed here with friends (triple room) and overall had a great stay. There was quite a wait at reception but eventually someone showed up and we were quickly on our way to the room. The room itself definitely served its purpose! As a ‘lads holiday’ we were looking for function rather than form. However, we are not ones for... More

The location is great. The reception is open 24h which is useful with you go out at night. is difficult to detect the street with you come by car. The parking place is located in other hotel which is not so far away. Breakfast is minimal. Bathtub is small. Pillows are uncomfortable to sleep with. Staff is nice

I booked this hotel because I wanted a break from hostels. Well worth it. A bit tricky to find, but relatively close to the station. There is also a tram line at the end of the street, but most places are within walking distance. I was on my own in a twin room, which was beautifully made up. The bed... More

We stayed at Royal Plaza hotel in January with a smal group of guys from Greece and it was a perfect choice in the center of the city. The building is old as all the buildings is Prague anyway, but it was in a good condition. Rooms very warm with a flat TV, free Wi Fi and a minibar, houskeeping service... More

We stayed here during the 12th until the 15th of December and are quite disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. Pre-arrival I had emailed to request for a Garden Room as I had read that the front was quite noisy, this was ignored and we had a room at the front of the Hotel. I appreciate it’s not... More

Dear Guest, thank you for your feeback. I am sorry you did not like it in our hotel. As you probably found out in the hotel, there are only two rooms facing the garden and one of them is next to the elevator´s door. I am really sorry but we are not able to fulfill your room request if you... More

Courteous staff, great location, outstanding breakfast. Ask for the rooms with the garden view and you will avoid the traffic noise. The garden is a piece of heaven. My future choice for the next trip in Prague.
