Booked a stay through the residences website. It was to celebrate an engagement and a birthday. The area that the residence is in could not be beaten. It's situated 2 mins from the bridge and in Malostranska square which has bars and restaurants. It is also close to a supermarket only minutes away. Our apartment was totally amazing. Very beautiful... More

What I like most about this place is how nice the staff is. They are very helpful. The location is amazing just 5 mins walk to Charles bridge and 5 minutes walk to hop on hop off bus. We stayed in two apartments. One is very new, however, another one is quite old with a number of cracked on the... More

me and my family (6 persons) stayed here last March. Extremely nice, stylish and clean apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms, with home theater equipped family room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, and 2 showers. The lady at reception was really nice and helpful. Charles Bridge is visible from our balcony, which means prague oldtown is reachable in only couple of... More

It's a stone's throw away from Charles bridge, and most other landmarks in Prague. Besides this, having a tram station across it makes the location unbeatable. The room itself was also very nice as described by them and the reviewers. Since I stayed for a brief period, I didn't manage to use the kitchen facilities but I can imagine it... More

A friend and myself stayed in a two bedroom apartment for a weekend in April. The room exceeded our expectations! It was classic yet modern kitchenette and bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate rain shower. The staff are a kind as they are beautiful! We had two balconies with a view of the square.

It is a fantastic place to stay in Prague. The hotel is very well located, very near from Charles Bridge and in front of Saint Nicholas Cathedral. Our stay was fantastic! The crew was very friendly and nice. They recomend us where to go and were very heedful. Our room was about 91 m, it was a huge apartment with... More

This appartment is the most generous one I ever stayed in. It has at least 100 m², three wonderful rooms in a house which could almost called "Palais", with all the comfourt you can imagine. The Situation on Malostranske Namesti is probably the best one you can have in Prague: 2 minutes walking distance from Charles Bridge, 5 minutes from... More

Just checked out of the Malostranska Residence earlier today (March 28, 2015), and I have to say.....it was one of the most delightful experiences that I've ever had. The hotel is situated literally just a short 4-5 minute walk from the Charles Bridge and directly opposite of St. Nicholas Church and a short walk to Prague Castle and St. Vitus... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
