Amazing Location. Reasonable price. Good Kichen. Small luggage room. When You need something from Staff. just ask it. even they feel annoying. also, staff should say that. "any questions you have, just ask us." than you gonna have better service. 싸가지없는 직원에게는 더 강한소리로 요구하세요. one staff, when we check in. she wasn`t so good for us. Looks annoying and... More

We absolutely loved Hostel Orange. We stayed in the 12-bed room and each night made new friends to go out with. The balcony looking out over Wenceslas Square was awesome. The room was more spacious than most hostels I've stayed at. The location was perfect for going out in the evening and site-seeing during the day. Can't beat the price,... More

I stayed at the Orange hostel for two nights and I liked it. It has a great location right in the centre of Prague, near metro stations, restaurants, shops, bars, clubs and turistic atractions(~10 mins to the Charles Bridge). The hostel is clean. You can use kitchen, where there is a fridge, microwave, TV, big table, sofa, big map of... More

PROS: The location is excellent: in one of the most crowded avenues in Prague. Its near Old Town Square and 5-10 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. Nice hostel staff, very helpful. CONS: Very very bad wifi, not even working in the common computers. The rooms has little or no place to leave my stuff, and the lockers got open even... More

The position is excellent, the bed is comfortable though the room is crowded. It is acceptably clean. The kitchen is convenient to use. It is great to have the washing machine. The only bad thing is that the wifi is really bad.

Due to the physical distance of the reception desk to the sleeping quarters, management has little control over noise issues. It takes a very ambitious receptionist to police the floors, something done with aplomb by only one of the staff, Mike. The female staff could not be bothered. Then there is the issue of booking. The online reservation service trumps... More

This hostel is in a great location on wencelas square, a street with many shops and restaurants. A 5 minute walk away is the old town which is absolutely incredible! We walked to Charles Bridge in 10-15 minutes. We stayed in a mixed 12 person dorm which was large and had enough room for everyone. We did not feel cramped... More

The reception staff are helpful. The common lounge room is good for interacting with other guests. The wifi works best on the stairs. The twelve-bed room is bigger and nicer than the 6-bed. The bathrooms are modern

12 of us booked into the 16 bed dorm on NYE, so quite a large group. Room was well heated, showers were great and we had a balcony overlooking the square. Our room, no.1, was the only one with a balcony as far as I'm aware! In regards to facilities, they have all the basics in the communal room... Hob,... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
