Great location, about 5 minutes from Municipal house and ten mins walking to Oldtown square, we went to Archa theter, it was just across the street and so close to great restaurant Cafe Imperial, shopping department Paladium is close too, from main station just one stop by underground, we booked double room with shared bathroom, we had the bathroom just... I stayed in a single apartment with a private, ensuite bathroom on the top floor. Make sure to choose the private ensuite option if you're uncomfortable sharing a bathroom, as shared baths are also available for a lower cost. In total, I paid $167 USD for 3 nights (about 3100 czk). The room was very large with a king-size bed,... More

Personals are very kind and helpful. Place is near the city ,you can walk everywhere. Price is cheap , breakfast is also good and you can take whatever you want(open buffet). We did a good thing to choose this place !

The staff were friendly and spoke English. The apartment booked for two was big in size ( 50m2) and the place on whole was great. Located in a side street in calm & silent neighborhood. 2 minutes to tram stop or if you are not to lazy, 10-15 mins to old town and metro station, Highly recommended

I have to start by explaining the main reason of choosing this hotel. As a typical low-budget backpacker, the main reason was the low price per night and the location. For a fair price you can stay close to the City Centre in Prague. Take note that you're not right in the middle of the centre, which allows for less... More

The room was cheap and comfortable with good kitchen and bathroom facilities shared with one other room. The location is also great with most of Prague within walking distance. Main problem was the WiFi, even though there are multiple access points to connect to (approx 7) the internet speed was consistently slow. A higher bandwidth connection is needed as connection... Stayed 3 nights in a shared bathroom unit located adjacent to courtyard. Extremely noisy from both the courtyard as well as people staying above and next to our unit. Double bed was two singles pushed together, ended up sleeping in the crack between the mattresses. Sheets and towels were not particularly clean, and neither was the shower curtains. Electricity cord... More

These nicely located little apartment bedrooms were perfect for our stay in Prague. We stayed in a 2 room apartment and it was equipped with a kitchen. Conveniently located near the namesty republiky square and metro station, the apartments are located on a dead end street which is very quiet yet close to everything ( except for the church clock... We stayed at the Krizikova apartments two times shortly after each other. Both times we wanted to add a person to the booking after the booking was made. The first time we got upgraded and had to pay 1,5 times the initial price, the second time we just payed a little extra for the extra person. Both times we were... More

Amazing value, staff were friendly and situated an easy 10minute walk from the Old town square. Nothing fancy, but perfect for those who want a clean, comfortable base in Prague for not much money! Also the free breakfast was good.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
