We had a room on 6th floor with balcony and view on clock tower and cathedral in old town square. There is one lift in hotel, but sometimes it take long time to wait for it so we just take steps instead. The room was good size nice big bed and comfortable. We also had little cooker in room, washing... More

Rather nice hotel, good position, spacious but a little cold room. But VERY IMPOLITE staff that made me go three times to the room and back when it was not ready yet and didn't even look me, not that to apologize for the inconvenience. The room was ready one hour later than check in time and not even a smile... More

Stayed for 5 nights after an early booking. Very satisfied with the room I got. Spacy, light and with a small balcony at the fifth floor. Breakfast was OK, but I sure longed for better bread! Otherwise it was a good choice of hot and cold food. Would concider a stay here on my next visit to beautiful Prague!

We paid for our hotel in June 2014. Then they deducted again the full amount in March 2015. It was an absolute nightmare I had to cancel my credit card. Open a fraud case in South - Africa to get my money back. Cost me numerous calls to Prague. They paid me back but I had to go to bank... More

Unless you are a student on a budget, do not stay here. The only thing this hotel has going for it is an amazing location...it goes downhill from there. Our dimly lit, stark white room was furnished with a mix of garage sale furniture and tables from ikea. The ugly, old tile floors and dirty baseboards reminded me of what... More

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Booked a last minute trip and decided to try his hotel as it was cheap and looked ok. On arrival we were booked in by a really helpful lady who was really polite. Stayed for 3 nights in room 404. On arriving at the hotel the receptionist was very friendly and even though we were early she checked us in. The room was more like a small apartment than hotel room. Very central, spacious rooms, good value for money. Good location, quiet room with kichinette in it I think breakfast can be better quality- various choise, but missing fresh products, juice, coffee ( only machine coffee). In general nice place

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
