I booked in this hotel via Booking.com. They have a chain of hotels like Selinor old town apartments, Old town square apartments, and Charles Bridge Premium Apartments. I booked for 5 nights from May,12 till 17. However, when I arrived there they gave me something completely different not like what I booked. It was very bad and not acceptable. I... More

The hotel is in really good place. Nice and huge apartments, TV, big kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. We liked there, but in the night there's so much noise, it's hard to fall asleep.

I stayed in a Old Town Square Apartment for a week in June 2014. Unlike a hotel, the apartments are single apartments in multiple buildings. The apartment that I was in was the only one that they owned in this particular building. So, many times, it feels like you are on your own which I do not mind. I got... More

Stayed here during my stag visit to Praha. We went for the two bedroom balcony apartment with view of cathedral at old town square. Have stayed in hotels on previous visit and thought this was better value. Apartment was average in pretty much all aspects. Cleanliness was ok, but not enough for us to cook there. Some kind of in... More

Stayed with a friend as we were attending a conference in Prague. I had never been to Prague before and was completely unprepared for just how stunning this city is. Our choice of the Old Town Square Apartments was perfect. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic and although we initially had fears regarding the level... More

Looked promising on the web sites but with transfer booked to Stupartska 9, cases unloaded, stairs climbed, we were told you have to go elsewhere as your flat is not here, this is only the reception!!! Why not give the correct address for the flat in advance to save the guests the trouble of another taxi trip??? Prebooked transfer back... More

We vacationed in Prague with 3 of our children and 2 grandchildren (babies). We took a 3 bedroom apartment which was on Havelska street. There are apparently apartments in several buildings that are available. We were offered an apartment on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. They asked if that was a problem, and I answered that... More

Great location, only a short walk away from the main square. only thing that let's it down is the sound proofing, or lack of, take earplugs & you'll be fine. Apartments are large, clean & all you need for a short stay.

We stayed here 1 night, but we were supposed to stay there 2 night more. Our money for the whole stay was taken by them before seeing the room as keys were given to us after the payment. During the night,at 3 on clock about, the disco pub music in the street was still extremely loud in the night, people in... More

We booked this 1 day before like we always do. And we got a great price for it. Just 55 euro! We asked for a 1 bedroom and bath and they gave us 3 bedrooms. So at first I thought crap, am I going to have to share with 2 other couples? But it just turns out they were out... More
