We definitely recommend this place because of Daniel and Peter. They are so helpful, and allowed us to store our luggage for the entire day as well. When we returned, we needed to get to the airport, and asked for an airport shuttle on very short notice. They called the driver immediately, and ten minutes later we were ready to... More

The MOOD's Boutique Hotel in Prague has a good location, not exactly in center of old town, but close enough. Seems like an old building on the outside, but well-renovated and modern on the inside. Room and bed were clean and confortable. There is a couple of "high-tech" gadgets to connect iphones and stuff like that to the TV. Breakfast... More

Very nice boutique hotel in the centre of Prague. Modern designed rooms with high quality beds from the Swedish manufacturer Hästens. Very friendly, motivated and helpful staff (thank you Petr and Dan from the reception). MOODs is a good recommendation.

I just love this hotel! The staff were the nicest around! Instead of just giving us a key and telling us where our room was, they took us there themselves! The room's beds were comfy! The room was clean and very modern. It was fun playing with the "mood" lighting! The staff at the desk helped us find an amazing... More

This was my second stay at Moods. I came for a triathlon but it got cancelled, so I ran and biked anyway! The location is close to everything but on a quiet street. Breakfast was perfect and front desk always helpful. Comfy bed, clean, safe, welcoming! Thanks to Jana, Petr and rest of personnel, I will return sometime!!

The hotel location is just perfect - short walking distance to old town, Jewish Quarter and shopping streets. Rooms are spacious, very stylish, modern and good decorated. And safe parking near the hotel.

After a long travel day & an issue with a local cab driver, I called hotel moods and they sent a driver to pick up my mother, fiancée, and me. The hotel is modern, fun, and has a great staff. The breakfast will suit any needs and the coffee/espresso machine is the bomb. The 24/7 bar is nice as is... More

This hotel is fantastic, lovely rooms with a large comfortable bed. Modern and unique. The staff where helpful, they actually gave us a map and wrote on all the best locations to see, eat drink and basically have a good time. We used that map for the 4 days and it was spot on. They even showed us to our... More

Wonderful staff who were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean modern and the bed was comfortable with good quality bedding. Buffet breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Good location within walking distance of all the sights of Prague. Couldn't fault it. Made our visit extra special. Fabulous!!

Great hôtel. Great staff. Stayed there for a night. Very nice and functional rooms, well designed and soberly furnished. Superior bedding. Great breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel (though expensive, 21€/night). But location is great just outside the old center of Praha (15 minutes walk) and staff most helpful.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
