This review may be a bit unusual. We unfortunately did not stay at Hotel Clement on our last trip to Prague in February 2015 but we got lost trying to find the Prague Museum near Florence tube station and went into reception to ask for help. To stay the staff were helpful is such an understatement. The manager and receptionist... More

The hotel is actually nicer than the photos tell you: You cane walk from the station in about 15-20 min through the whirly center, pass a side street - and are away from the crowds. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room an d bathroom in excellent condition, the breakfast is absolutely fine. The room was not very big,... More

Hotel was well located for exploring Prague, and had excellent services and breakfast selection. Easy to get to from the airport. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this.

Cannot fault this hotel on much. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and everything worked properly. I would say that it is a bit unfortunate that we had 2 single duvets on our bed instead of a double/queen/king size duvet. Also, there was a bath/shower combo, and unfortunately the shower part didn't work too well... More

This was our 4th visit in Prague, and we eventually found a perfect hotel for us. Very friendly personel, nice clean and comfortable rooms, delicious and plentiful breakfasts. They have a small underground garage too (for fee). City centre (Old Town Square) 15 minutes on foot (Powder Tower 5 minutes). We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Clement! Thank you!

I have recently stayed at Hotel Clement on my visit to Czech Republic. I had my hotel booked and everything was arranged ahead however my travel plans had changed on the last minute and I had to rearrange my stay immediately. Anna was such a great help, was very pleasant and made adjustments to my stay so that I could... More

We had a great 2 night stay at Hotel Clement. The hotel staff (specifically Veronica) was amazing! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are clean, extremely quiet & spacious. Breakfast was great - a mix of pastries, fruit, meat, cheese, juices, tea, coffee. The hotel staff recommended a pizza place down the road that... More

Stayed for 2 nights after booking last minute. Brilliant value for money and right next to the river, you get free wifi throughout and a breakfast buffet included which was delicious with lots of choice. As the hotel was pretty quiet this time of year, staff informed us we could request hot food for breakfast at no inconvenience! The rooms... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
