Just returned from 4 nights in Prague. Stayed at the Friday Hotel. This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and for those people who might be thinking of staying here thought I would post some useful tips. Upon arrival at Prague airport don't waste money on taxis if you are staying at the Friday Hotel. As you come out... More

The biggest asset of Hotel Friday is its location: It is right in the pedestrian zone, just a few steps from the major sights - but surprisingly quiet. (And the 'Mustek' metro station is only about 75 m away.) It is probably difficult to find a more centrally located hotel. We did not need any public transportation or taxi during... More

This is a nice hotel in a great location. We walked everywhere. The breakfast was very nice and well presented for a buffet. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. There were a couple of little things in the room that were a little odd and we would have preferred an enclosed shower instead of a shower... More

I've always heard Prague was pretty expensive so I was skeptical about the quality of the hotel we'd be in for $130 a night. This hotel was excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful with directions and gave us great restaurant recommendations. You can't really beat the location, it's so convenient to everything. It was also on a pretty... I stayed two nights in this hotel. Interior is nice, seems to be an old residential house redesigned into hotel (as so many in Prague). Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was very nice. Wide enough variety and tasteful food and drinks. However, there were some minor problems in my room: - when showering, I could not... More

The location was fantastic for the old city, walking distance to everywhere of note. Many places to eat nearby. Room amazing, very clean and spacious, we were in the royal suite. One afternoon we had buskers outside our room, that may sound bad but they were very good playing every thing from beetles to Beethoven in a string quartet. It... More

Me and my man go to Prague once every year, we'd been both in spring and autumn but the last two years we'd gone before X-mas and it's so beautiful and romantic. Staying at Friday was like the icing on the cake. After loads of searching for some romantic hotel that's both affordable and central I found this gem! I... More
