I think for the price that I paid this will be one of my favourite hotel rooms! I loved the opulent style of this hotel. Fantastic spacious rooms, with beautiful velvet wallpaper. I want my bedroom to look just like this!! Perfect place for a photo shoot. The bathroom was super with heated floors and a large spa bath. I... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days in late March, 2015. A 5 minute walk to the Old Town Square, 10 minutes to Wenchelas Square and subway, 15 to Charles Bridge and 20 minutes to Prague Castle. The staff of Pauline, Katerina and James were extremely helpful arranging tours and taxis. Provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Wonderful... More

We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning April. The Hotel is in an excellent location for all the the sights, we walked everywhere. Despite its central location there was no noise outside or inside the hotel, the room was very clean and modern with a huge bed and great bathroom. breakfast was buffet-style, lots of fruit, pastries, cold meats... We stayed from the 6th-9th of March 2015 at Friday Hotel. The hotel is very central and located within minutes of the old town centre. There are many restaurants and bars located near the hotel and shopping areas! The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was my favourite bit of the hotel as they had a large variety to... Spent 5 nights at Friday Hotel. Right in the center of the old town, walking distance to the main places and monuments to visit. Tube a few yards away. Nice restaurants very near. Breakfast ok, fruit juice could be better. Warm welcome and nice staff. Very helpful : once back home, we noticed that we had lost a jewel bought... More

This hotel was everything we wanted and more. The location was great; it's right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and all the main sights. The buffet breakfast was the most organised we'd ever seen with plenty of hot and cold food to choose from as well as the usual fruit and pastries.... More

Friday Hotel has a really good location; in the heart of the city, close to the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was good and staff was really friendly and helpful. Friday hotel had probably the best wifi we have ever had (fast and stable)! Small, nice and individual hotel.

From 22 until 26th of december 2014 we were in this nice hotel. We arrive late, but no problem. There are 2 24hour restaurants in the citycentre. This hotel was not big but the room was big. The people at the reception were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good too. Prague is really one of the nicest and most... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2015

I stayed here with my wife for four nights in February 2015. The hotel was easy to find and is in the middle of the pedestrianized bit of the city. It is close to everything and we spent most of our time walking to see the various sites. The room was very clean and well looked after with a modern... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
