Well, I certainly scored points with my wife for booking the Kings Court. Everything, and I mean everything was perfect. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly; the breakfast buffet was magnificent, the piano bar was cozy and romantic and the Spa was a welcomed respite from a full four days of sightseeing.

Hotel Kings Court was my home for three nights...I loved every single one of them. Of course, the hotel has nothing remarkable when you compare it to other hotels, but its central location gives it a big plus. Located within walking distance of Old Town Square, it's also right next door to the famous Palladium, one of the shopping malls... More

My wife and I went to Prague for the first time ever for our 10th wedding anniversary. We choose this hotel for the location and good reviews and the reviews weren't wrong! It's in the middle of old town right next to all the great sites and a metro stop is really close to the entrance. All the staff member... More

This was our first visit to Prague. Stayed in an executive floor with complementary lounge with food and drinks. Room, and buffet breakfast were nice. Location is wonderful. Walking distance to all attractions and easy drive to airport. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and the public transportation local rail system is close by. Staff were very helpful with recommendations... More

We told the hotel several times that the air conditioning was not working in our room. Even turning temperaure down to 18 c ( which should be like 66f), it never cooled down. They kept saying it was fine. The room should have been an ice box at that setting! Yet we couldn't get it to cool. Instead we slept... More

I stayed here with my husband for 3 nights in April 2015. From the check in procedure to check out, the entire experience at this hotel was made perfect. The rooms are massive for Europe standard. Very clean and new, well maintained rooms. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Elaborate spread with a huge variety of fruits with... More

The Kings Court Hotel looks very impressive from the outside but unfortunately doesn’t live up to its opulent exterior on the inside. It’s situated in a very convenient location at the Náměstí Republiky square which is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the central Old Town Square and the famous Wenceslas Square. There is always lots going on and... More

Excellent location in Prague old town. Good tram and metro connection. Small reception area with impressive but very dusty chandeliers. However, our room was clean. Very good breakfast selection, although the restaurant is quite small and you need to explore the layout of the food. Big room, good sized bathroom, very good internet connection. Friendly and helpful staff, although the... More

Fantastic hotel in great location - walking distance of most major attractions. The breakfast is the best I've ever had. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a problem on our final day with airport transfer arranged by Easyjet that didn't show up bot hotel receptionist found us a car within minutes and... More

Convenient to old town and everything you need right there (restaurants and stores, even laundry). The hotel is beautiful and clean and the breakfast AMAZING!! So much variety and great quality. The staff was helpful. We went to the spa, loved the pool/jacuzzi, especially the jets on your sore feet after walking the town. Massage was okay, nothing special.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
