We were in Jecna Residence in june 2015 during one week. It is perfect, cozy and comfortable place to stay. The apprtament was very clean with every day cleaning. It is close to everything and in the same time it's very quiet. The reseption was very cordial. Yevgeniya is a very pleasant host. The appartment is situable for all kind... More

Stayed in this Apartment for week-end in early September. It is a top class apartment - I travelled with 2 friends and we were booked into top floor / loft apartment. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and even has a balcony from one of the bedrooms with beautiful views over the city. Hosts were so helpful and gave us lots of... More

Stayed here with my wife & our 2 young children over 2 days/nights. Upon arrival at the airport in Prague our complimentary transport took us down through the city to Residence Jecna itself. Upon arrival we were greeted by 'Eugenia' who made us immediately feel at home showing us around the lovely apartment , which was very clean , very... More

Stayed here with family in a 1 bedroom apartment with comfy sofa bed in the lounge - such a great apartment, huge space with high ceilings, air-conditioning (which could have been slightly cooler for us, but was a blessing given that it was 35 degrees the weekend we were there!), kitchen, washing machine etc. Very reasonable price and right next... An apartment for the price of a hotel room and will all the extras thrown in. If you need to stay in Prague for a while then you will find this to be a good choice. A metro is within a couple of minutes’ walk, two tram stops just as close and all the sights you'd like to see within... More

I stayed at this hotel whilst travelling in Prague solo. I was blown away by the size of the rooms. Huge and boutique - there was just too much space. I arrived in Prague with little knowledge of the city and I booked this hotel as per a friends recommendation. The staff were absolutely amazing. They gave me locale insight... More

Staying at these serviced apartments during our visit to Prague definitely was the icing on the cake. The staff were super friendly and from the first day gave us great tips on what to see and do in the city, and supplied us with maps and other helpful information. The location is not too far from the centre and public... More

We arrived late at night and they were there after hours to welcome us. They made us feel like family while we were there, gave us so many good recommendations, booked our activities, and felt like there was nnothing they wouldn't do for us. The rooms were amazing! Very classy, and obviously spared no expense. Would recommend this place to... More

Decided on Residence Jecna based on the reviews from Trip Advisor. We booked a taxi through Jecna from the airport which was a good option as the location was a little bit hard to find. Arrived outside of the normal hours, but had arranged with the apartments so Eva was there to greet us. She was very helpful and gave... More

Had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly, apartment was very clean, with great amenities and excellent proximity to the key city centre attractions. The apartment was cleaned during our stay as well which was really unexpected, and the sofa bed was also quite comfy. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Prague as excellent value for money.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
