Decided on Residence Jecna based on the reviews from Trip Advisor. We booked a taxi through Jecna from the airport which was a good option as the location was a little bit hard to find. Arrived outside of the normal hours, but had arranged with the apartments so Eva was there to greet us. She was very helpful and gave... More

Had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly, apartment was very clean, with great amenities and excellent proximity to the key city centre attractions. The apartment was cleaned during our stay as well which was really unexpected, and the sofa bed was also quite comfy. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Prague as excellent value for money.

Very friendly and helpful service from Dario and Eugenia, inc good sightseeing tips and organisation of airport transfers. Both the apartment block and our flat were in excellent condition, they appear to be recently refurbished -- very impressive job, with great attention to detail both in decor and facilities. Large "luxury" bathroom with thick soft towels. Very comfy, large sofa... More

Just finished 4 days in Prague and I wonder why anyone would stay anywhere but here. From the first encounter to the day we left, everything exceeded all my expectations. Dario met us and gave us a detailed briefing about where to go, how to get there and several outstanding recommendations for dining. The room(s) were spotless and the fully... More

We stayed at Residence Jecna in April of 2014 - we had two couples and one single travelling together, and had their largest room. It was exactly what we needed. We had two separate bedrooms, enough bathrooms for everyone, and the building was very well taken care of and spotless. Our host was so helpful and provided us with maps... More

If you choose to stay here, whether for a longer stay or a short trip to Prague you won't be disappointed. The apartments and the building are of the highest quality: decorated, furnished and extremely well-maintained with an attention to detail that is rare to find. Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
