I reserved 3 apartments(total of 14 people). Lovely apartments and the price we paid was a bonus. Great location walking distance to the old town. Felt very secure in the area, also the hotel had someone at the desk at all times who was very helpful.

I stayed in a double room with my friend. We had a shared bathroom with another room. The room was self contained and had a sink which we found very useful. In general, found the hotel to be quiet and comfortable and a homely place to come back to each night. It was in a very convenient, central location and... More

For the price, this is a great find. Perfect location, we had a huge four bed room with self-catering facilities and a good hot shower. Helpful staff at desk. Beds not super comfy and breakfast not that exciting but for the price, this is a really good choice!

Excellent hostel. Very pretty with large, simple, airy rooms. Central location.. Short walk to St Charles Bridge. We were very impressed, they even agreed to house us in a larger room, with five beds and kichenette. Definitely recommend.

Hotel decoration is beautiful and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay but not very completely provided. The location is not very far from tram station and the old town area. It is easy to walk to the several famous sightseeing spots there.

Very very nice staff, authentic feel. Feels like home. Felt very safe. Amazing location to see the city. The only complaint is that they need to have thicker curtains to block out the light from the streets at night.

We came to the hotel expecting a four bed dorm, what we received far outweighed that. We were lucky enough to have a four bed apartment, complete with kitchen, dining area, excellently clean and decorated bathroom with fresh towels provided each day. I don't know if this was just our good fortune or if all of the rooms were like... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
