This is a 4 star hotel, 5 minute walk to old town square and 15 minutes to Charles Bridge. Great value, friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room which were kept clean. Would recommend a city tour too - you get tour round city, taken to castle and sail down the river. Would go back😊👍

My hubby and I spent a week here and it was a fabulous hotel. We booked a junior suite and we were allocated room 418 which I think is a suite as it was huge! It had its own entrance hall, a huge living room with a balcony overlooking Celetna and a huge bed with a bathroom off to the... More

The price of this hotel is excellent, the location is excellent, the restaurant is excellent, the staff is excellent, the rooms are excellent. The only bad thing I can think of is the wi-fi was a bit dodgy.

We stayed at the Barcelo Old Town Hotel in Prague for 8 nights and it was very comfortable. It is perfectly located close to the Old Town Square and walking distance from Charles Bridge making it easy for us to get to these attractions (and the numerous fantastic restaurants in the area) by foot with our 2 year old. The... More

This hotel is situated a 10 minute walk from the main old square where all the action is. Near to many shops and hundreds of excellent restaurants. A nice clean, very spacious hotel with enormous public rooms. Nice welcoming reception with friendly service and a glass of quality wine. Lovely rooms and an excellent breakfast with huge selection of food.... More

Disclaimer alert - This review is only for the Barcelo Bar! Stopped there for a quick coffee and received an excellent espresso and a delicious ice-frappe! The service was excellent and the location - great! In the old center of Prague, but hidden on a small street, away from the madness.

Great location, great building, super breakfasts, excellent welcome by very friendly staff and perfectly good all round hotel. One improvement would be a more easily accessed/identifiable bar area in which to have, say, a night cap. It is a little out of the way and doesn't feel as "linked in" to the hotel as one might prefer. There was mention... More

Very good location to explore Prague by foot. The hotel is clean and good value for money. In the evening our room was a bit noisy from the street (especially on Saturday;) but can be managed with closed windows with no problem.

Have just returned from our first visit to Prague. The Barcelo Old Town was a fantastic choice of hotel, picked on the basis of Trip Advisor reviews. My husband and I booked a Junior Suite which was huge, whilst our daughter had a Deluxe Room which was also large. I would recommend her style of room as it was cheaper... More
