Great location, comfortable room and good attitude from the staff. Nothing to complain about exept the heat, it was hot and the bars outside on the street made it hard to sleep with the windows opened

As a 1st time visitor to Prague I found the staff & accomodations at Hunger Wall to be superlative. The location is just enough away from the heavily touristed area to be quiet and relaxed, but still very convenient to explore the city. The staff were extremely helpful & courteous, and went out of their way to be sure that... More

Booked Hunger wall entirely based on Trip Advisor recommendation and were not disappointed at all. We stayed for 4 nights from 1st July as a family of three with a 4 year old child. We had the family apartment and the size, cleanliness and amenities were all at par with a decent 4 start hotel. My wife loved having the... More

We couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay in Prague. The location was very good - close to a tram (No.9) that gies directly to the old town and train station. Close enough to the old town, castle and charles bridge to walk if you don't mind a good walk. The staff were very accommodating and gave us... More

Couldn't imagine better place to stay in Prague than this lovely hotel. Everything was just so perfect, especially the fully equipped kitchen. The room was big and clean. The location was also perfect, everything was near, but still it was very peaceful in the evenings. We're definetly coming back!

This was by far the best apartment we stayed during our trip to Europe. We stayed in a Superior Suite from 12th June to 15th June (3 nights). We were 3 adults and the apartment had one bedroom with an extra bed in the hall. The apartment was extremely beautiful. The interiors were very well done and extremely well maintained.... More

Enjoyed a great stay here with our 11 month old baby. The apartments are beautifully decorated and are located a short stroll away from The river and the famous Charles bridge. There is a lovely cafe bar on the ground floor with nice selection of breakfast, lunch and evening menus. Apartments are in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of other... More

Great location and walkable to everything. Convenience store and great gelato and pubs nearby. Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean apt. - nice and spacious. Great cafe downstairs. Comfortable bed. Just like photos others posted. Nice to have fridge and washer and dryer (although instructions to use in English would be helpful). Would only suggest a few minor improvements:... We stayed a week in May in a self contained apartment. Clean, comfortable, secure, great location, washing machine and separate dryer! Lots of good restaurants nearby, easy walk to old city, very handy to trams, two supermarkets close by, modern cooking appliances (microwave, hotplates), comfortable bed, lots of storage. Rooms serviced daily. We had no trouble with street noise. WiFi... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
