Thanks to all the staff at this hotel, especially Gary the bellman. The accommodations were so comfortable. We were within 10 minutes walking distance to so many historic sites and delicious restaurants. Gary was very accommodating. He was in charge of parking our car and he was very careful. He also gave us good tips on places to visit and... More

This hotel begs to differ with the common adage "location, location, location." It's charm, beauty, service and all-around luxury supplant all other criteria. And it's only a ten-minute walks from the old city of Prague! With an understated facade, you initially feel like you are walking into a row house, only to be greeted with smiling faces and the most... More

We stayed in a very Nice Room, big enough, very clean. The location is great, almost everything in a walking distance. The main point is the staff, they were excepcional, and we would like to give a special thanks for Emilia from the front office who surprised us positively in different ways and became our stay memorable. Basem from the... More

Nice location within walking distance to old town. The room was very nice and new in design. Large shower/tub combo, great working desk and clean. Wifi worked very well. Close to a few coffee shops and pubs. Great staff as well. A nice stay

I stayed here with my daughter (31) for three nights to explore the city of Prague. We had a lovely welcome and a speedy check in. The room was not large but perfectly adequate with very comfortable twin beds and lovely bedding. We overlooked the rear of the hotel, it was the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in!!... More

There was this young man, who I think is called Basem, who helped me and he was absolutely fabulous! The staff is quite nice and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay! I most definitely would come here again.

Pros - nice and clean hotel centrally and conveniently located CONS - while this hotel bears the "Sheraton" brand, there is almost no SPG elite recognition and amenities. one has to "negotiate" reception of such recognition which simply does not happen in North American properties. unfortunately, it seems the management abuses the fact that this is the only SPG location... Just about to check out of this wonderful property and I don't want to. It is situated in a nice quiet part of Prague, walking distance to the subway, rooms are modern and clean, although a bit small, but normal sized for European standards. The check in staff was wonderful. I took the package with land transport and was picked... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
