It is a good hotel and cnetrally located. All the prague attractions are at walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staffs are all very friendly and very good at their job. The buffet breakfast was OK OK but not items to choose from and everyday the items were same which made it kind of boring; sorry for that :D... More

A short business trip led us for the first time into Prague's Sheraton Hotel. Although the hotel was really busy (pre-Christmas-time) we were welcomed warmly by very friendly front desk staff and manager. our room was delightfull, the breakfast buffet very tasty. The hotel's location is 7-8 minutes walk from the Old City. We would definitely come back on the... More

It is a very nice hotel , well located and with a walking distance to all city atractions. From the moment we arrived we could feel very warm Sheraton welcome from Front Desk, which provide very smooth and efficient check in. We were upgraded to the Premium Suite on the 7th floor with a balcony with wonderful panoramic view on... More

Hotel is located in the center and but yet I may have fallen on a new person at the hotel as the rest of the staff was amazing the check in process was unprofessional busy telling me what he could not do for me rather then telling me how he could help me. I ended up downgrading my room by... More

Our room was delightful and enjoyable. We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor of the hotel which had a balcony with pleasant views (really suited my photography endeavors). The location of the room was a bit tedious to get to, though. I found the hotel staff to be extremely helpful during the course of our stay. From... More

I'm usually quite pleased with any hotel in the Starwood brand and this one is no exception. We were welcomed very nicely by 2 front desk staff that made their best effort to speak English and welcome us warmly. We had a beautiful room waiting for us (unfortunately without a view though), well appointed with great amenities. The club lounge... More

The suite room is spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff are very helpful and have perfect English, and go out of their way to give you that little extra you can expect from 5* but sometime lacking from other areas of Europe. The concierge gentleman is amazing, knows the local area well and has the best tips to... More

The hotel is very well good located in down town Prague, breakfast is delicious including a chef to create customized dishes (omelettes) for you, amazing price (120 Euros per night), the gim is fine -not huge, but it has what you need-, and service is amazing. Taxi from the hotel is a little bit expensive (290 CZ fixed rate), better... More

A hotel full of beautiful rooms and a friendly staff. Unfortunately these may be the only reasons to visit this hotel. The quality of room service is horrible. Never order a pizza there. I was surprised they were not ashamed to serve a rock-hard piece of dough with nothing on it.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
